Warga X, mohon bantuannya.. kalo liat frame sepeda ini di JKT atau Jeddah, tolong DM.. frameset (+GS nya) ini hilang di perjalanan dari JKT ke Riyadh, via Jeddah. telusuran terakhir, ada yang ngaku2 & ambil bagasi nya di Jeddah..siapa tau dibawa kabur ke JKT..tolong ya..makasih.
@Saudi_Cycling please help share the words..if anyone see this frame in Jeddah let me know..someone took it from @KAIAirport Jeddah while @Saudi_Airlines not responding to my reports and complaints
Anyone had issues with missing luggage flying with saudi_airlines and they ignore your reports / emails while on the toll free number, they ask you to contact airport yourself? Will they ever responsible on your case?
And oh, did I mention that our 3 hardcase were received broken as well? 2 broken handles and 1 broken wheels. What did you do? @soekarnohattaairport @kaiairport1 @saudi_airlines @ksagaca
I've been travelling back and forth Indonesia - Saudi for more tha 17 years. And never had similar issue with other airlines. The first time we are using Saudia Airlines we got this horrible experience. We definitely won't fly with them anymore
Escalation to @ksagaca requires a complaint number, which I am still waiting from Saudia Airlines as well. Knowing they have been ignoring me for the past days, I am not sure if I will ever get the number to escalate to GACA.
Fast forward, 12th day after we departed
- Several trips to Riyadh airport, paid the parking
- Unanswered emails follow up to [email protected]
- Had consulate and pilot friend went to @kaiairport1 in person
- Contacted @soekarnohattaairport lost and found whatsapp
No call, no email, no update, no url given on where to check my case.
I went to google to finally got the "my aero" website where I can find the status of my case. And found out no update, they still looking for my luggages.
File a report on my behalf apparently, asked for my email and phone number (which he got it wrong apparently). Got auto generated email of case number.
Then we were asked to bring these 2 luggages to oversized checkin counter. Checked in fine without issue at all
After not so enjoyable first leg of flight to @kaiairport1 because saudia plane entertainment is worse than 2nd leg to Riyadh, we reached our 2nd home
