HASYIM MINTA TUKANG CUKUR, TUKANG PIJAT, DLL HARUS KENA PAJAK BIAR DAPAT BIAYAIN PROGRAM MBG DAN KOPDES jadi gini guys, hashim djojohadikusumo, ketua dewan penasihat kadin, bilang banyaknya transaksi "ekonomi abu-abu" bikin pajak yang masuk ke negara jadi lemah, dia ngomong gitu di rapimnas kadin di jakarta pada kamis 29 oktober contoh yang dia kasih, tukang cukur dan tukang pijat tradisional yang dibayar tunai tanpa kuitansi, kata dia tukang cukur datang ke apartemennya dan dibayar tanpa kuitansi jadi ppn 11 persen tidak dipungut, istrinya juga pakai tukang pijat tanpa kuitansi dan tidak dipungut, dari situ dia menyimpulkan ada jutaan transaksi seperti itu dia lalu menyebut pdb indonesia 2025 sebesar rp23.281 triliun, peringkat ke-17 dunia, dan merujuk perkiraan bank dunia bahwa ada kegiatan ekonomi setara 35 sampai 40 persen dari pdb yang tidak tercatat, katanya itu berarti kurang lebih rp10 ribu triliun tidak tercatat menurut dia salah satu penyebabnya, aparat pajak masih agak lemah dalam memungut, sehingga penerimaan negara dari yang tercatat maupun tidak tercatat tidak maksimal, dan itu juga yang bikin pemerintah selalu dipersoalkan tidak bisa membiayai mbg, koperasi desa, dan program lainnya tapi di tulisan yang sama ada data kemenkeu yang kelihatannya bagus, penerimaan pajak sampai 30 september 2026 tumbuh 24,1 persen dibanding tahun lalu, terkumpul rp1.607,6 triliun, atau 68,2 persen dari target apbn ppn dan ppnbm tumbuh 38,6 persen jadi rp683,3 triliun, dan ppn dalam negeri melonjak 51,3 persen jadi rp369,5 triliun, yang sebagian besar didorong konsumsi di sektor perdagangan besar bbm pph orang pribadi tumbuh 14,4 persen jadi rp19,2 triliun dan pph 21 karyawan tumbuh 19 persen jadi rp189,4 triliun, kemenkeu bilang ini didukung naiknya aktivitas ekonomi dan sistem coretax yang makin baik jadi bahasa gampangnya, hashim bilang banyak transaksi kecil yang dibayar tunai tanpa catatan sehingga pajaknya lolos, dan negara rugi, padahal data resmi menunjukkan penerimaan pajak sedang naik nah menurut kalian guys, kalau transaksi kecil kayak cukur rambut dan pijat dibayar tunai tanpa kuitansi, itu wajar dibiarkan atau seharusnya dicatat dan kena pajak?
