On Monday at 6am I set off, by foot, from London to Rugby, in one go 👟 Roughly 108 miles, mostly canal. I finished at around 6pm last night (115 miles later). 36 hours of being awake & moving forwards 😴 So grateful for everyone involved ❤️ Still can’t believe I did it

#runsteak day 2,657 💖
My fav friendships are where you can pick up from where you left off. Loved today’s run with my mate @anna_harding & her gorgeous mini me Aoife 💖 We’ve shared many runs over the years but life’s been busy for us both. Chatty 5 miles around Draycote Water🥰
Absolutely buzzing after my 3rd @WinterRunUK this morning! My first race back after having a baby 7 months ago! 10 mins quicker than when I was 23 weeks pregnant last year - and 3 mins quicker than my goal. 2025 is going to be a fun year of running 🤩

If you have a few moments to listen to this interview as a parent with your child.
Possible one of the best post race interviews I have ever watched #PlayOn
Voting question (can’t find the answer on .gov) 🗳️ If I assign a person to vote by proxy for me as a contingency in case I’m having my baby on polling day, but I actually am able to vote in person because I’ve given birth beforehand or am still pregnant, can I still vote myself?
Maternity leave is almost here!! Last few hours to go 🤰🏻
Good luck to you too, Hannah! Hope that heartburn settles down! ❤️🔥

“I told them how quickly I got drunk in my altitude tent, then they took it off me!”
A few weeks ago I had a chat about running, music and everything else in between with @anna_harding for the Ultra Sound System podcast!
I also talked about my favourite running songs!
A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of chatting to @biggytimmkins for the Ultra Sound System Pod. The episode’s out today as a bit of a bank holiday bonus, and it’s very funny (him, not me!)

Anna falls out of the top 100 girls names in the UK! And no, I won’t be calling my baby ‘Anna’ to revive it! 😅
The world is a little dimmer without you in it, Brian. Sending love to your family and the wider Metro Radio family too 🕯️

Fellow children of the late 80s/early 90s…it’s happened. @ShaniaTwain, who was in the charts when we were growing up, has been announced as the ‘legend’ at @glastonbury. We are now, officially, old #glastonbury
So lovely to have this to look back on. @WinterRunUK 10k with my little passenger on board 🤰🏻(plus a little bit about how I’ve found running in pregnancy so far)
Anna is running the Winter 10k and taking you along with her for her final race before having a baby!

Statutory maternity pay is going up by circa £10 p/w from April 7th 2024 - can anyone confirm if the self/employed equivalent of Maternity Allowance is the same?
A fabulous weekend hosting @nationalrunshow at the NEC. Hosting the Skills Stage means I hear all of the super useful talks. I was also honoured to host the first ever awards ceremony 💫 Great to see & meet so many runners at all different stages of their running journey
