Here's David Shoebridge pretending he opposes misogyny. If you didn't hate all women @DavidShoebridge you would not exalt genderism. If you didn't hate all women and girls and especially lesbians you would not be a fan of erasingo women in law. If you were not a misogynist you would be actively supporting women as we campaign to fix the Sex Discrimination Act.
Replying to @DavidShoebridge
Vile abuse has nothing to do with robust debate, and it's growing because billionaire tech bros have built platforms that reward extremist attacks and misogyny and they have gutted the moderation that once kept it in check.
Long Live the Resistance!
Still thinking about this beautiful girl. Holding back her tears, trying to be strong as she watches her family’s home be bulldozed to the ground. The weight of the whole world on her shoulders.
I look at her and I see my babygirl. My babygirl who just turned 14, almost a woman but forever my baby.
There’s NOTHING I wouldn’t do for her. NOTHING I wouldn’t do to avenge her heartache. NOTHING I wouldn’t do to right a wrong like this.
Every fiber of my being screaming DON’T TREAD ON ME when I watch this video.
Long live the Resistance.
One day all the women's rights advocates who today champion the ethno supremacist Zionism wave will say they always opposed apartheid and genocide. And the fans of genderism will say they always supported women's rights and children's protections. I continue to do my bit to bring those days forward. Solidarity with terfs opposed to genocide - we're v small in number but won't always be.
When you know the history you can't deny the racist imperialist origins of Israel.
Israel’s general election last week unmasked beyond question the West’s much-cherished fiction of Israel as a “Jewish and democratic state”.
That Israel’s democratic pretensions are taken seriously should in itself be astounding. For decades Israel has been given a free pass – revered even – as the “only democracy in the Middle East”.
Israel’s birth as a so-called “Jewish” state in 1948 was only possible because its military expelled 80 percent of the native population, some 750,000 Palestinians, from their homes to areas outside Israel’s new borders – in what amounted to one of the largest acts of electoral gerrymandering in history.
Israel was created as a “Jewish” state, with an overwhelming Jewish majority, through an act of mass ethnic cleansing.
Once Israel’s leaders had secured a rock-solid Jewish majority – after rigging their democracy – only then did they consider giving the surviving Palestinian population the right to vote, and call them “citizens”.
That was the key factor differentiating Israel from an earlier apartheid state, South Africa.
South Africa’s white leaders dared not give the black population the vote precisely because it comprised a majority.
In a one-person, one-vote system, black parties would have had more seats than white parties. Giving the black majority the vote would have been suicidal for the apartheid project.
But in the apartheid state of Israel, the Palestinian minority presented no such electoral threat. In any given election, the number of seats gained by the political parties representing the Palestinian minority in parliament would always be vastly outnumbered by the legislators representing the Jewish majority.
That demographic imbalance was set in stone through legislation: the 1950 Law of Return. It gave every Jew in the world the right to gain instant citizenship in Israel while at the same time stripping every Palestinian expelled by Israel – and all their descendants – of any right to ever return home.
And as a bonus, giving the Palestinian minority the vote served as a propaganda coup.
Unlike the old South Africa, Israel’s apartheid character could be better hidden from outsiders, especially given that western establishments were so ready to conceal what their key militarised client state in the oil-rich Middle East was really up to.

'It’s worse than we thought. In research that I have undertaken over the last few weeks based on information compiled by the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) about Palestinian journalists killed by Israel since October 2023, I’ve discovered that, of the 68 Palestinian journalists killed by Israel in the first three months of their genocidal campaign, the majority were targeted and killed while at home with their families. My research provides startling confirmation, never unearthed before, of the widespread use of Israel’s AI program, dubbed “Where’s Daddy?”, specifically for journalists, relentlessly targeting them when they were at home, with a complete disregard both for their required protection as civilians under international humanitarian law, and for the often extensive “collateral damage” inflicted on their families.'..
'In conclusion, while I am immensely grateful to the Committee to Protect Journalists for their research, on which this report of mine is almost entirely based, I’d like to send out an open appeal to them to expand their definitions of the circumstances in which journalists are killed. The Palestinian journalists killed are almost all listed under two categories — “murdered”, which applies to 33 of the 189 cases profiled, and, in most cases, “On dangerous assignment.” As I hope to have made clear, Israel has, since October 2023, clearly invented a third category — “Targeted and killed at home” — and CPJ needs to update its categories, because being at home and being targeted and killed ought to be the very opposite of being killed while on a “dangerous assignment.” Home is meant to be where you’re safe.'

The Greens have followed the practice est'd by the Labor Party more than 6 months ago of showing they know, they've always known what a woman is. Logically this shd mean both these morally bankrupt parties wd support fixing the Sex Discrimination Act by putting'woman' and 'man' back in and deleting 'gender identity'. But that wd be a bridge too far for @AlboMP @SenKatyG @DavidShoebridge. When will these genderists drag themselves into the 21st century and recognise that stereotypes do not determine one's sex?

The UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, has singled out the BBC as one of the worst offenders in terms of propagating Israeli narratives, and not allowing Palestinian guests to talk about the suffering of their people.
Albanese told us that the BBC and UK government are wrong to claim that we have to wait for the ICJ ruling to determine whether Israel has committed genocide - and that Britain has a duty to prevent genocide.

He - the Jewish Pulitzer winning author @BenMoser123 - was like many of us-you, a "both side guy" most of his life, until he recognized that it's not that Israel has some problems, but the state of Israel IS THE PROBLEM.
The vote on who gets to run the concentration camp.
🇮🇱🇺🇸 A Pulitzer Prize-winning Jewish author calls Zionism a form of mass psychosis, and he has the history to back it up.
Benjamin Moser wrote the definitive Jewish anti-Zionist history. He says the Israeli election isn’t a real election. It’s a vote over who gets to run the concentration camp.
Both candidates support the genocide. Both support the nation-state law enshrining Jewish supremacy. Both want the war on Iran to continue.
The economy is the number one issue for Israeli voters. Not the tens of thousands of children killed in their names.
In his assessment, this is a society that has “gone completely psychotic.” A settler colony placed at bayonet-point in the Arab world, now addicted to a cycle of violence it cannot break.
Even Herzl’s own friend told him: “Theodore, I’m crying because you sound crazy.”
Moser is a descendant of Holocaust refugees. He says if you’re Jewish and serious about fighting anti-Semitism, there’s one option: speak out against Zionism. Because it’s happening in your name.
“I refuse to have my heritage kidnapped by these people.”

#StreetActionVictoria today @MsCarriggofreal and I outside Ben Carrols office. The public response was overwhelming. He is not popular in his electorate.
For the 4th time this year, the IWD Meanjin Brisbane activists took it to AHPRA today. As Australia's national regulator of health practitioners it is not appropriate for AHPRA to replace its registration function with ideological control of health professionals. AHPRA has overstepped its role.
A recent example of AHPRA attempting to censor a doctor's medical opinion centres on the case of Dr Jereth Kok who posted on social media his concerns about gender medicine. Dr Kok was suspended for 7+ years. He lost his livelihood.
According to AHPRA's chief executive Justin Untersteiner, AHPRA relies on "existing clinical guidelines" when it makes a case against a health practitioner. When asked by Bernard Lane from GCN however, Mt Untersteiner was unable to cite the Guideline breached by Dr Kok.
It's time for AHPRA to be reviewed, disbanded and rebuilt.
At today's protest we were abused by 2 pedestrians, but we had good conversations with 12 + people who congratulated us for making a stand. A very worthwhile action.
We sometimes say activism is an antidote for despair about the Australian Govt's refusal to restore women's rights by fixing the Sex Discrimination Act. It is. Please consider joining our street activism. Email [email protected]

The position of the Sex Discrimination Commissioner should not come as a surprise and in fact is the only position that she can take in order to try be consistent and coherent to herself and others given her overarching views and opinions.
We must understand that the position she expressed is the only position one can organically arrive at, if one - as she does- a) conflates sex and gender identity b) disregards the material reality of women in favor of women being a feeling or an identity. c) disregards that certain reproductive processes are tied to being of a certain sex.
I have genuinely tried to understand this position and to debate it with her to no avail. There is one point where we fundamentally differ and that I think underpins her positions on this: Commissioner Cody believes that if we were to recognize that women and girls have historically been discriminated against based on their sex (intersecting with other grounds), that would mean that we accept that that this discrimination is biologically determined and that this discrimination is acceptable or justified.
This reasoning is flawed. We would not follow the same logic with any other form of discrimination, say for example racial discrimination. Naming that black people are often and have been often discriminated against because they are black does not suggest that such discrimination is justified, nor a tacit acceptance of it, nor does it suggest that they should be forever locked in a condition of being racially discriminated against.
The answer to a serious problem cannot be to stop naming the cause, in the hope that this cause would magically go away or that its impact on the lives of people would soften or vanish.
Sex Discrimination Commissioner Anna Cody at Senate estimates said that protections designed to protect breastfeeding women from being discriminated against would also extend to “induced lactation in a biological male”. Read the full story: bit.ly/4zb29gC
This is the very low calibre of Labor's opposers of women's rights. He doesn't even know WHY.
The Israeli Occupation Force continues its illegal actions in the West Bank. Never stop talking about Palestine. Free Palestine!
🇵🇸 HEBRON | Israeli forces continued their siege of the Al-Jalda and Deir Baha neighborhoods in the largest West Bank city for a fifth consecutive day, raiding and damaging homes, restricting movement, and obstructing aid deliveries.
Since Israel launched its collective punishment campaign Friday, 619 Palestinian families have been affected, approximately 3,971 Palestinians forcibly displaced, and 85 arrested.
Israeli forces also dispersed a protest against the siege with tear gas, causing several people to suffer gas inhalation, and stormed al-Ahli Hospital, firing tear gas at its entrance and courtyard and seizing vehicles from its parking lot.

Lubna Speitan speaks truth. It is so disappointing to me as a women's rights activist to recognise that most of the other women's rights advocates I've met in our current struggle, understand and object to the dehumanisation of women like them but sympathise with the Israeli oppressor when it comes to the genocide of Palestinians.
Watch this.
Lubna Speitan, author of the Greens4Palestine motion “Zionism is racism”, spells out the central obscenity of our age – the grotesque inversion whereby the victims of ethnic cleansing, Apartheid and genocide must constantly fend off accusations from their tormentors that it is they who are the racists.
“We as Palestinians are being silenced and gaslit and vilified [as we] witness the annihilation, the cold-blooded murder of our families, of our people… our children burnt with phosphorus, having to endure amputations with no anaesthetic, having their limbs torn and shredded, their bodies burnt by phosphorus, being starved to death … And to have to sit here … and try to bury my feelings so I can eloquently and diplomatically shield my anger, my rage, my anguish that every Palestinian is feeling, is an insult.” /1
