Just picked up my takeaway as part of #corbyrestaurantweek . I hope the restaurants are benefitting from this week as much as my waistline and bank balance are! Have a good weekend everyone!

As we get ready to say goodbye, we’ve put together a commemorative magazine to mark just some of Corby’s achievements and celebrate the time that we served our residents and businesses. We hope that you enjoy reading it corby.gov.uk/sites/default/f…
Today's a sad day. It's one year since lockdown began in England, but it's also the end of @CorbyBC. It's been an honour serving with such dedicated staff and public-service orientated councillors. Here's a screenshot of my final speech I gave this evening.

When I joined the @CorbyBCLeisure @Corbyfitness @CorbyBC gyms at CEMIP and Lodge Park in 2009 I decided I would do 150 miles of exercise every month. I've done that on average ever since, meaning that now I've done 20000 miles!
Congratulations to Tabitha!
On Friday I was given the Pupil of the Term award for the Reception class by Mrs Blair, head teacher at @St_PatrickCorby

Good news for anyone in Corby worried about how to feed their children this next week.
Thank you for all the messages of support I've received since Saturday's selection meeting. It's nice to know that so many people think I'm an excellent councillor. I know that those who care about our community appreciate what I do.
You can view ocassional updates about baby Tabitha, depending on when her father gets round to it, by following her on @TabithaDady
