Remember when David Moyes said we couldn’t take lower league opposition for granted and our Twitter fanbase collectively lost their heads?
Remember when some of our fanbase pretended we hadn’t won our 2 cup games because wins against lower leagues ‘don’t count’?
One of the biggest Everton Twitter mysteries to me is why ‘fans’ constantly use the buzzwords ‘mediocre’ and ‘mediocrity’ when they actually mean ‘shit.’

Everton have a tiny squad & have spent less than 15 of their competitors
However prior to yesterday we have created a lot of chances in all other games & should arguably have more points than we do.
Moyes can of course be criticised but please stop with the “hes negative”
The state of some of our so called ‘fans’.

Mediocrity is apparently 8 games unbeaten in all competitions, the joint best defence in the league and wins 5th in the table despite gains 1 lb, 1 rb and 1 striker having sold our two best attackers on deadline day.

Cahill’s got a point hasn’t he? He’s not saying ‘don’t wish’ he’s saying ‘be careful’. Walking into any new owners with our eyes closed doesn’t automatically mean better
We may only have stability with TFG, but that’s ok until we find the right (rather than ANY) successor.
Be careful what you wish for. What do you want a phone call from them to tell you everything is ok? Or do you want a beautiful stadium and a great running business. The football is going well and there is a representative from TFG at every game. Football is now a business, look at Tottenham after spending over £300m and the difficulties they are having.
