So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract.

So i bought a brand new tv from @curryspcworld and 6 days later it wouldnt work. 3 weeks later, despite them saying the tv is irreparable, i still am without a tv. Their latest excuse is that has been "lost in transit"
Is this some kind of joke?
