Today, I joined members of Rotary Club Nansana at the Nakuule Health Centre IV Project, where we discussed our shared commitment to improving healthcare services for the people of Nansana.
I thank the visionary leadership of Rotary and all its members for championing this important project. It is timely, necessary and will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our people.
Nansana Municipality has a population of over 700,000 people, yet we do not have a hospital. Our people deserve better access to quality healthcare and improved medical services.
As a Municipality, we are committed to supporting this cause through:

UGX 5 million towards the project.

UGX 100 million to be considered in our next municipal budget.
The Nakuule Health Centre IV Project is an important step towards bringing better healthcare services closer to our communities.
I call upon all stakeholders and well-wishers to join hands with Rotary. Together, we can build a healthier Nansana and save lives.

Our attention has been brought to comments made by Hon. Rose Nalubowa by which she stated that she met with Gen. Yoweri Museveni, who according to her, summoned her after elections.
We wish to clarify that as a Party we were never consulted on this matter, and were not aware of any such meeting.
