Hey @amazon – when you ship me the wrong item, it shouldn’t be up to *me* to have to make an effort to return it if I want the correct one and don’t want to be double-charged for it. You’re the ones who fucked up, why is it on me?

My favorite part of it of course being your threat to charge me for the item if I don’t return it – you don’t even know what the item was! At best, you’ll charge me double for the item that I actually ordered, which was totally different.

My primary complaint being that they want me to run the item somewhere and drop it off – if I want them to pick it up from me (entirely reasonable under the circumstances, imho), they want to charge me $7.99 for it. Again, @amazon, this was *your* fuck up.

Pretty unimpressed with @RoughTradeUS @RoughTrade at this point. Placed an order in May with two pre-order items in it which were releasing in June. Both items were released on schedule. Yet my order still hasn’t shipped, and I’ve received no updates.

Sent a message over two weeks ago asking for a status update, no response. Going to have to seriously reconsider ordering from them again if this is what their customer service is like now. @RoughTradeUS @RoughTrade

Getting really annoyed that so much of the anime content available for purchase on @AppleTV is English dub only (no original audio with subtitles). Worse, it’s not even well labeled that this is the case. Why is that? @Apple @AppleSupport @Crunchyroll

Geez, could @Wolf_Trap get any smaller/tighter seats if they tried? I get that they want to sell as many tickets as possible, but these are uncomfortable enough that I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Great @snowpatrol show tonight, but a little disappointed in how far off-center the printing is on the shirt that I bought. I expect better for $40. Should have looked at it more closely before I bought it I guess, but hard to do that in a merch line crowded with people.

Did other people who bought the tour shirt (the black one with the dates on the back) notice this issue with theirs as well, or did I just get “lucky” and get the bad one?

It’s tricky because it’s not so far off that it’s immediately obvious just holding it up and glancing it over. But I put it on and looked in the mirror, and my first reaction was “why does that look lopsided?” Took it off and looked more closely, and then it was obvious.

Dear @thenorthface… just because I clicked on an item on your website and looked briefly at it doesn’t mean that I need a dozen emails about it spaced out over weeks. If I’d wanted it, I’d have bought it. Fucking stop already. You’re turning me off from buying anything from you.

Why is the @AppleTV interface for selecting episodes in a TV series so awful? I’m 89 episodes into a series, and every time I go to it I have to scroll through every episode I’ve already watched until I get to the next one. Am I missing something here? @Apple, please fix this!

Why is it so fucking impossible to clear the notifications on the @bookingcom iOS app? Ideally, I’d like to know when there are real messages regarding things that I’ve booked. But it’s impossible to clear out the garbage, so ultimately I’m going to end up just turning them off.

It’s annoying that @topazlabs stopped development and support on Sharpen AI without fixing the bug that makes you have to go and delete the plist files to make it stop crashing on startup. I don’t feel like it’s asking too much to expect software that I’ve purchased to be stable.

@FujifilmX_US Congratulations, with either the new iOS app update or the newest X-T5 firmware update (not sure which), you’ve managed to make the location service connection *even worse* (didn’t think it was possible, honestly). It drops almost instantly now. Please fix this!

@FujifilmX_US And please, please when you make the X-T6, just build a GPS chip into it and stop making us rely on this flaky app connection. That’s the number one thing that will make me consider an upgrade!
