The neighbour granny running the grenade back with "is this yours?" got me 😂 Love the premise.

That fluffy moth critter is adorable, and the long whiskers on the green one really sell it. The pixel grass with those soft shadows looks great.

Agreed, that's the real test. Two things help: strict sheet rules (same size and same feet line in every pose, gaps between poses, a fixed frame order), and attaching your first sheet to the next request so the style and layout carry over. Collision is its own box on the body, so frame wobble never changes the hitbox.
Got AI art of a character? Make it run in a real game in 30 seconds, right in your browser.
1. Import the sprite sheet: Arcwright cuts out every pose
2. Add it to your scene
3. Make a run clip and press Play

Every part laid out on the mat as it comes off is so satisfying. Getting down to the board with the RAM sticks sitting next to it feels like a real teardown.
A carousel, a clown funhouse and a blue anamorphic streak through the moon, live on a Steam Deck.
Our Halloween park through the cinematic pack we ported to Vulkan today. The white specks are dirt on the lens, not snow.

Inside the lens room of our lighthouse, live in a web browser.
The game set itself to Max graphics, supersampled: Auto measures your graphics card and climbs as high as it can hold. Engine sound, light through the haze, the sea outside the glass. No download.

Mirrors that reflect mirrors.
This is the hall of mirrors in our funhouse, running live on a Steam Deck under Windows with our Vulkan renderer, about 48 fps. Each room is captured, so a mirror shows the room and the mirrors inside it, three reflections deep. Second picture: the same mirrors with captures off.

Ask for moodier lighting, a coin trail or a whole platformer level, and Claude Opus 5.5 edits the game for real, right in your browser: scene, tiles, sprites, lights and scripts. Every change can be undone.

This is the grand hall of our Ashgrove mansion going up inside Arcwright, built by Claude Opus 5.5 in the open editor. A status card says what it's working on, the camera follows the work, and you can stop or undo any step, or take over and build by hand.

Title cards that bleed, buzz and glitch.
Each one is a single line of script in Arcwright: blood that drips, neon that buzzes on letter by letter, words that glitch like a dying tape, and a death card that slams in. Nano Banana Pro drew the letters, and the engine traced them into real fonts.

The question we get most: is Arcwright really free?
Yes. The full engine is a free download for Windows, Mac and Linux. The Arcade, the browser editor and the 3D model Forge are free in your browser. Bring your own AI app or key and it costs nothing on our side, or build with the built-in Claude Opus 5.5 on Sparks. What you make is yours.

A whole navy futon dropping onto a 0.9 m pile is such a mean twist 😂
Put your headphones on for this one.
Our engine now mixes 3D sound for headphones from every angle. The breathing circles your head, passes over you and under you, then stops right at your shoulder. The dot shows the sound's real path in the engine.

This week's Arcwright challenge: one room, one minute.
Make a game that takes place in a single room and can be beaten in about a minute. Build it free in the browser editor, with Claude Opus 5.5 helping if you like, then share it in #daily-challenge on our Discord.

Game devs: what's the most tedious part of making a game for you?
We're building Arcwright so Claude Opus 5.5 can take that part off your hands, inside a real engine, for free. Reply with yours and we'll show you how it handles it.
