Hardware’s difficult, I studied Computer Engineering and I know reading the datasheets, specs, schematics is a pain per component. Having a universal layer than can read the schematics, handle the data files and bring component learning times from hours down to minutes is hella useful. Imagine going through all that, have helper agents do it on device, and come together to build a full PCB or a rocket engine together, that’d be pretty damn awesome. ambient. Imagine it. See it happen.
Fresh out of the oven, One 1D Merlin Engine (stage 16) coming right up on command

Oh captain my captain 🫡
if you think this way u r not meant to be a founder i'm sure 90% of founders who raised real money would be better off financially just getting a job we choose to build a company because there’s a chance to make the world a better place in a way that others don’t see money is the byproduct

Beside being a city of the Future: Shenzhen doesn’t have drug tweaking homeless people like SF. And no fear of your windows cracked cuz you left your belongings. My friend left his car door open accidentally for a half hour, still safe. Despite being the most innovative city in the world, SF gotta get its shit together for people to feel safe in the city

The day of hardware revolution is here ahahhaa Robotics is projected at a 17.8% CAGR, and it definitely is a low estimate, not to mention the other hardware enabled companies by AI. Now’s the time to build in hardware.
We're doubling down on hardware and are looking for someone to manage our hardware shop ycombinator.com/companies/y-…

Day 1 at ShenZhen NEPCON, Robotech 2026 Meeting with variety of suppliers in PCBA, Assembly, Robotics, CNC, etc. 1. First Suppliers in China often have their own “international departments” Which would have no way of reaching tech companies in Silicon Valley, so we need to build that pipeline and relationships. 2. Suppliers and manufacturers often are happy to meet and produce for international clients and often have international clients themselves 3. However, majority of these suppliers have third party Manufacturers’ Reps and even “Manufacturers” in robotics don’t actually produce their own products like hands and offload these to others: The gold is how you go direct to manufacturers, build the relationship, and bypass unnecessary costs. 4. Without the cultural understanding, this is where it gets difficult in building reliable relationships and knowing they aren’t BSing you. 5. China actually has a high quantity of highly skilled labour due to manufacturing, the question is how to tap into it esp when it’s at a lower cost.

Thanks Jocelyn! Amazing visiting HS Precision as well! Hardware has an amazing comeback 🫡
Awesome day at the ROBOTECH2026 exhibition🤖 Met many brilliant folks in the robotics space. We discussed manufacturing issues and their post-R&D fabrication needs. Always glad to be the manufacturing partner behind robotics innovation. #HumanoidRobots #PrecisionManufacturing

Flying to Shenzhen to visit hardware suppliers Instinct is the only personal assistant I’ve used that’s actually useful, having been in the space, all others has been bullshit - memory, action ability, all gimmicks. Only haven’t tried muse yet
