Wait. What? Huckafuck’s education guru was caught up in a bidding scandal in Florida before coming to Arkansas.
And now Arkansas has a voucher vendor bidding scandal.
Weird.
As we ponder @ArkansasEd giving a $15M contract to a vendor whose dubious qualifications were readily apparent, let us remember that Jacob Oliva was caught up in a bid-rigging scandal in FL before Gov. Sanders inflicted him on #Arkansas.
