@British_Airways Appalling service from BA after yesterday’s chaos due to luggage technical machines issues. Luggage of half the flight never arrived in Palma from City airport. Waiting for an update almost 24hrs gone
@British_Airways How can more than 2 dozen suitcases disappear? We can’t get through to BA in UK (they say to speak to BA spain). BA spain says they don’t know anything. London City-Palma!
