I'm with @OfficiallyGarry at #emfcamp for the first time. Getting our bearings, that is this amazing event.
We'll be running a youth workshop later on with strips of 300 LED and Microbits. @microbit_edu
Enjoying the experience.
Excited to be coming to my first @emfcamp and also running a workshop.
Bringing a little bit of Cornwall Tech from @TechCornwall_ . Our offices have 15,000 addressable LED on them so we're running a workshop for youngsters on 300. Should be fun.

A stained glass window with colour changing glass.
The image was mostly the work of ChatGPT. Tracing paper behind the glass with 180 RGB LED. A Raspberry Pi Pico controls it all with an MPR121 sensor, conductive paint and an AI Person Sensor camera too.

The lucky pupils at Camborne School & International Academy will be using the @microbit_edu and 300 LED at their careers fair today. And a little AI too for good measure.

For the second event in a row I've met a Mission to Mars work experience student who is now working in the industry.
Mansell was representing @BluefruitSW at Callywith College careers fair.
Participating in outreach really can have an affect on students lives.
@SwCornwall
Chatting at #halfstackconf in Newquay today and find that four attendees are ex Mission to Mars @SwCornwall work experience students.
We may only have a small opportunity to make an impact on students lives but it's good to see it having a result.
#halfstack on the beach Newquay has started. The coolest tech conference.

I've always presumed European news, from just across the channel, was passed over because of lazy, English only speaking journalists.
Turns out the reason I see so much US nonsense from so far away is advertising revenues.

In education and you haven't heard about ChatGPT? You need to come along next week.
Released in November this is changing how we find & create unique pieces of information. If you don't use it your students most certainly will be.
