Companies in Austin:
Many of you have seen Gauntlet AI and asked if we could build a "mini gauntlet" for your existing engineers.
We've done that.
Two weeks of intensive training/building on-site at our downtown HQ.
Bring your real work.

This is the craziest stat from the Anthropic S-1:
Anthropic has more in cash and cash equivalents than:
Microsoft
Alphabet/Google
Apple
Amazon
Meta
Nvidia
Even if you include marketable securities it has more cash + securities than Microsoft, Amazon, Meta or Nvidia.
And yes, this is very much not Anthropic subsidizing Uber rides at negative gross margin to increase volume.
Obviously inference is extremely profitable.
Wait so based on Anthropic's S-1:
* Anthropic has raised $141.1B (lifetime)
* Anthropic has burned $9.4B (lifetime).
* From 2023 - June 2026 they had positive free cashflow of $6.7B
* It is now bringing in $575M/mo free cashflow.
Not much of a bubble after all.
Our aim is to train your engineers to get to the cutting edge of AI while building the projects you already need.
We've found we can accelerate teams without letting roadmaps slip.

Another GrokBot template for you: The non-evil sales bot.
Most sales tools are built to send spam, but I wanted the opposite:
It identifies buyers matching your ICP then mines your emails, texts, X, LinkedIn, etc. and finds your closest/warmest intro.

This will be PERFECT for all those drones that merely follow runners on a quick jog through the dense forest
Purdue University's IDEAS Lab built an autonomous drone that tracks runners through dense forests completely without GPS or cloud networks.
By running 3D LiDAR mapping and obstacle-avoidance AI entirely on-chip, it can weave under tree canopies and predict target movement through blind spots in real time.
Massive implications for next-gen search & rescue and edge AI.
What changed in the last 24 hours of AI for builders:
• Context engineering is now harness engineering
• Token prices fell up to 80%
• JetBrains built an IDE around the agent
• Agent memory went mainstream

Wow, Stewart Butterfield had just ONE HOUR of total face time with Marc Benioff before Salesforce announced its $27.7B acquisition of Slack, the second-largest software acquisition in history at the time.
“My last meeting with him was cut short because McConaughey arrived.”
Stewart left the company after 18 months; he says the tipping point came when he was invited to Davos to represent Slack and Salesforce. Thinking he would be there to talk to customers, he instead found himself scheduled on a panel about innovation with will.i.am, another of Salesforce’s celebrity spokespeople.
“It was so fucked up.”
Fun read into the culture clash between Slack and Salesforce.
Me: “Jeremiah was afraid to speak, but the Lord knew him and wanted to help him. What do you think happened after that.”
Five-year-old: “He got eaten by snakes?”
Me: “…”
Five-year-old: “Oh, no wait, I know this one. He was able to speak!”
My grokbot that manages my email across accounts.
Learns from how you operate, archives what you request, unsubscribes from junk, learns your voice to draft replies to everything automatically.

A company I invested in really needs Unreal Engine 5 / Three.js game projects for AI training.
Game devs / studio founders: still own the code + assets from an old game? Can even be shelved.
They want to pay to license it.
DM me or tag someone I should meet.
I remember sitting around a campfire shortly after the Ukraine war had just started with some Ukrainian friends.
They shared that after they learned that Russian forces were jamming all communications they called Elon begging for Starlink support.
Elon and the Starlink team instantly dropped everything they were working on, loaded a private jet with as many Starlink terminals as they could (terminals were in short supply at the time), and started flying the jet eastward while writing code to make terminals work over Ukraine.
There was no contract or promise of payment for doing so, and no time to solve for that.
My Ukrainian friends believed this saved the nation of Ukraine, and that without this effort Ukraine would have lost the war nearly instantly.
