Was on a marketing consulting call earlier today. Blue collar company. Has had one marketing person for 5 years. No SEO strategy. No email strategy. No social campaigns or sales enablement. Crazy to me how someone can coast while so many talented people struggle to find a job.

Something I didn’t believe until I went through it: you won’t magically lose muscle when training drops. My frequency went from 4-5x before my daughter was born to 2-3x on a good week. Physique is maybe 3-5% less impressive. Retaining muscle is much easier than building.
