Only the BBC could devise a funding model where the solution to people not watching your programmes is to charge them for watching somebody else's. Under this logic, every time I order a Domino's, I should send Pizza Hut £2.50 to support the future of British pizza.

Removing comedy sketches because the iPlayer curators assume the public can’t handle intent or context isn’t protecting anyone - it’s just lowering the bar until nobody’s allowed to be funny without a signed risk assessment.

Bob Mortimer and Richard Ayoade lead an all-star line-up of celebrities in HOT OR COLD, a new unscripted series set inside mysterious rooms with challenges that appear to make no sense. Their only guide is the room itself, which glows red when they’re getting warmer and blue when they’re getting colder.
