I went on a trail ride with the CHILLEST standardbred that’s for sale. He’s only 4, it was his 3rd trail ride ever, and he was just ridiculously calm. Such a handsome head too. I wanted to buy him right there😭
I cant believe I had to put down my horse this summer & now I might never ride Lark again. I am literally so devastated and so defeated
all i can think about is how there’s actual ppl in the same position as me who claim to love their horse & then rehome it for free when it goes lame. like no she’s gonna be with me forever, what????

I honestly would be fine if I never rode her again. I’ve grieved it & realized it’s not that important to me. What kills me is seeing her in pain & not knowing why. I just want my girl better. Fingers crossed we get an answer next Wednesday.
