This is pretty much how most middle class Indians treat their domestic help. What goes around comes around.
My cousin recently joined a company, and the rules there are absolutely crazy.
He can't take a single paid leave for the first 6 months. If anyone isn't dressed formally, isn't properly groomed, or is even 10 minutes late, they deduct ₹1000 from their salary.
And here's the best part. They have to take at least one proper 15-minute client call after 7 PM, or it'll be considered a half-day. Basically, a way to force employees to stay longer.
And this is a pretty well-known, listed company.
Seems like they're making money by exploiting both their employees and their clients, who apparently aren't satisfied either.
It's honestly not hard to see why some Indian companies struggle to grow into big businesses. With this kind of cheap mindset, they care more about controlling employees than building a good company.
#TheInvite was just brilliant like wow Olivia Wilde just knocked this out of the park. One house, one night, two couples, just conversation. Reminds you of the power of movies. It's on @Zee5_Official and it lived up to all the hype. The visuals alone. Oof. This and The Drama.

Kashmir Marathon was well organized and had a great route, got to see pretty much the entire city and key parts of Dal lake. The only other occasion when the entire city neighborhood were shut for a race was during Moscow marathon.
Refunds received on credit cards now get transferred straightaway to bank account. Interesting. I think this has been around for a while and some RBI rule that credit cards cannot hold credit balance.

Bandra's biggest strength - shopping and night life - extracts the heaviest cost that we happily pay in the form of fully parked and always traffic jammed. This is a pay and park paradise if only BMC got its act together. People take their cars to buy bhaji, anda, fruits.
Mumbai will become affordable once it starts snowing
🏙️ Will Mumbai ever be affordable again?

Sylvester Stallone says that having his daughter in a major role in ‘TULSA KING’ Season 4 is absolutely nepotism.
“First they go, ‘Nepotism is terrible. I said, ‘Oh please, you’re not a good parent if you haven’t performed a little nepotism.' Then obviously you don’t care about your kids, because they come first.
Of course it’s nepotism, you idiot. That’s why we’re parents. We want the best for our children. So obviously, we let them have every advantage.”
