Hello guys, I did another Wallet dive into one of the communities newest wallets – from developer @b0aseX This is my review of the bwalletx wallet Link : bwalletx.com/ 1. installation The wallet from b0ase is a new release and it has several download formats. 1. Android mobile wallet as Apk. download. 2. Chrome extension 3. Web browser version 4. Desktop version as in browser or download as browser app. 5. IPhone app as download from safari, not App store. As far as I can see it, App- and Play store integrations are coming in the future. I used the number 5 here as download type direct to my IPhone from Safari browser. I have to do say I am new to IPhone and never did this before. My first impression of the website was pretty cool and good. @b0aseX delivers in his 5 options always a little manual. This is very helpful especially to none experienced users. From Website copied here for version number 5 IPhone download I wanna give you the manual example: "Install it (one minute) On your iPhone, open web.bwalletx.com in Safari Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow). Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add. Open bWalletX from your Home Screen, and create or restore your wallet there." This was pretty easy and worked out for me immideatly so I got now an App Icon on my phone home screen and can access this app via the app-browser connection. 2. Setup Once you installed the app and set things up, you have to chose a Master Password. The master password is your entry into the app. You also need to chose a handle, which is later used additional to Legacy addresses to send and receive funds. You can direct link your handle and entry via X (Twitter), if you want to, which most of us here already use as an account. Helpful feature in my opinion. After setting Handle and Password you can generate a Seed. The Seed can be export via copy paste and should be backed up. Also the wallet gives you an additional opportunity to save an encrypted file on your phone, where you can restore the wallet in an emergency file. I like that feature as well. Once you did all these steps you enter the actual app/wallet. There you have even the opportunity to direct mint your own Handle as a Meme coin. Also a cool feature hehe. 3. The Wallet/App. The Wallet is actually not only a wallet it is way more. I was really surprised how much functionality it delivers. At a certain point it even overwhelmed me lol. From what I saw this is a multi functional App on $BSV. The UI/UX is orientated on Handcashs design, but it has way more features. Integrated in this app are: -Exchange for Tokens, Swaps, collectibles, Images, Music, NFTs and a Launchpad. -Communication features: Chats via Rooms, Calls, DMs, adding friends to your lists. -E-Mail function called bmail - @treechatai / @twetchapp integration as feeds. - Minting functions to timestamp Fotos, Docs and more direct on chain. Okay this thing is actually way more then a simple wallet. It reminds me of an All-in-One App on BSV probably similar to something like WEchat in China or Asia. Basic wallet features are obvious on boarded like Send / Receive and the Mint feature. There you can timestamp Data on-chain via the app. 4. Cards in the middle of the Interface you see various Cards shown which can help you navigate faster through areas of the app and make a nice optic feature. Your wallet BRC 21 Tokens bTickets bShares bCredits MNEE integration (Stable coin) PNEEs Penny Notes I be honest I have no idea what all are or mean but it seems like a cool concept with deeper functionality. 5. Conclusions @b0aseX I have to say: I did not expect this to be honest. This app is way more complex and functional like a simple Wallet. The Question I asked my self while testing it was: For who is this app actually? It is really impressive and I have never seen such an All in One feature app on BSV yet, but my simple impression was also, that I won't use much of the features YET! I consciously say Yet because I think in the feature this type of App will be normal. The question today is from my opinion: what type of user are you? All in one – or specific use cases in one app only? This is a taste question and not to be answered with right or wrong. In any case this app is worth to be checked out. I think personally it can overwhelm a lot of people, but as a wallet and more it is suited for sure. What I liked was the clean design and navigation, which was fully okay, despite a massive areal of several functionalities. What I found best on the features were: -Handle available - Several addresses for NFTs and funds -Integrated Token Swaps -Timestamp mint functionality if you need or want it - X log in feature (most are on X from here) -Encrypted Backup file direct on my IPhone if I want. In total I can say for myself: it is too much, but it is 100 percent an App worth to be checking out and most likely for many users even a dream. Thank you for your time and reading till the end. Until next time. -Hekto
