The Kawhi Leonard Era has now cost the Clippers 10 FRP.
5 to land Kawhi’s homie PG
5 to pay for Kawhi’s secret salary
Unreal
BREAKING: The NBA has ruled on the Los Angeles Clippers in for salary cap circumvention investigations on Kawhi Leonard after yearlong probe -- stripping the franchise of 5 first-round picks, issuing a $30 million fine to owner Steve Ballmer and suspensions for Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker, sources tell ESPN.
Kawhi Leonard will have to pay $700,000 in restitution for improper benefits by the Clippers for his uncle and former business rep, Dennis Robertson. No contract void or suspension for Leonard. And Robertson -- who was fired by Leonard in June -- is being banned by the NBA from all business dealings.
House of the Dragon is great show & all but it’s so hard for me to watch a show without a clear protagonist to root for. it’s meant to be no one wins, both sides are dirty & act unforgivably, the Dragons extinguish themselves yada yada I get it. but damn it starts to feel like what’s the point ya know
Mavs gonna start 5 centers at this point
According to Bleacher Report NBA writer Greg Swartz, Cleveland could pursue a three-team deal involving Kyrie Irving in an attempt of making their pitch to sign James the most favorable.
In the proposed trade, Cleveland would acquire Irving, Gafford and Naji Marshall from Dallas. Miami would receive James Harden, while Dallas would get Jarrett Allen and Schroder from Cleveland, as well as Davion Mitchell and Nikola Jovic from Miami.

ruining your life & career for a damn rebound.. after making $50M in career earnings. What is wrong with these guys? are they just bored?
Luka clips are always so funny that defender working his ass off while Luka playing against kids in a driveway lol
I might be alone on Ja island but I still believe. key part of the struggle is mental & readjusting his game post injuries. i think the current PR is over exaggerated. contract sucks, but Ja will contribute in meaningful role in the future - I truly believe that. I hope a team takes a flier to give him the chance.
The Sacramento Kings said no thanks to Ja Morant and would require the Memphis Grizzlies to include draft picks in any trade, per @JakeLFischer

I’d do it in a heartbeat
The Boston Celtics are reportedly looking for a big man and are willing to trade Jaylen Brown to acquire one, per @SIChrisMannix
“Boston continued to discuss Brown trades on Tuesday, two sources familiar with the talks tell Sports Illustrated. Many of the conversations were initiated by rival teams, sources say. Some were brokered by the Celtics. ‘They are hunting a big man,’ says a rival executive. ‘And they are willing to trade [Brown] to get it.’”

Mavs drafted someone that can dribble & pass thank God. I can sleep tonight. I like this pick & is definitely a Schmitz choice
Nico Harrison you deserve to be flogged in the streets metaphorically but also probably literally.
Mixed feelings. There's not a great track record of guys making the jump. Pitino, Calipari, Donovan, Stevens.. X/O's might be the same, but it's an entirely different world. young NBA assistants & Gleague HCs is the way to find fresh blood imo.. but time will tell. I'll gladly be proven wrong.
BREAKING: University of Michigan coach Dusty May has agreed to become the new head coach of the Dallas Mavericks, sources tell me, @AdamSchefter, @PeteThamel. Major college-to-pro jump for the 2026 NCAA championship coach and swing for the Mavericks and Masai Ujiri.
this whole event is surreal. I grew up at that stadium, homecoming. sneaking under those bleachers. track meets under same tents (400M hurdles sucked balls). seeing this footage is crazy.
Breaking this is the enhanced security camera video that captured, from a distance, the seconds before and the moment Karmelo Anthony stabbed Austin Metcalf. Prosecutors highlighted Anthony as he left the scene before he was arrested. This is the first time this video has been made available to the public. You can only see what appears to be a brief back and forth movement under the Memorial HS tent before Anthony runs out.
