The #golf ball does not compress into the turf. It launches close to the loft on all well struck shots

Are you struggling to ROTATE better through impact? The issue might not be the pivot itself, but rather something else that’s out of position in the DOWNSWING. Here are the most common issues I come across which prevent players from rotating better 👆

This could be the best video you’ve ever watched on how to shallow the golf club the correctly! Most golfers shallow the club wrong. They tilt their upper body back, the club gets stuck behind them & they hit it fat or suffer from massive blocks & hooks Here’s the solution 👇

The trick to keeping your left arm straight in the golf swing is proper chest rotation, not arm tension I explain how to keep your left arm straight by rotating your chest instead of forcing the arm to stay rigid. #golf

Coming over the top causes the right shoulder to throw out, the pitch of the shaft to get more vertical, and the hips to fall back at impact. This is how to fix an over the top swing using a piece of rope: inspired by Dr Kwon Golf. 0:25 - Drill to stop swinging over the top 2:15

For golfers whose hand path is a little too inside on the backswing, Justin Rose's '2-for-1' drill may be the perfect fix. 💯 @TeamMSTRD

One of my fave DRILLS for golfers who pull down on the handle and get stuck at impact. Place an alignment stick under your trail armpit. The goal is to keep it connected to the lead arm in transition as you turn the chest. Make sure to leave the hands alone when you do it, as we’re naturally trying to reduce the pull down effect and get them back in front of you. It can also help to shorten the backswing if necessary! 👍

Do you want to "clear the hips" in the downswing? Make sure your lead leg is doing this before you try anything else! This is absolutely crucial 👇

This is the most common movement I see in recreational golfers... It absolutely destroys ball striking & causes the following: - Over the top - Flying elbow - Lead wrist cupping - Steep downswing Here's how we fix it 🧵👇

At the top of your swing you should have approximately 90 degrees of shoulder turn and 45 degrees of hip turn. #golf
