"Further, the Ld. Counsels of the IO, inter alia, the arguments on the application, have specifically pointed out the conduct of the other members of the Respondents as a consequential effect of the statement given by them while en-route to Tihar Jail, on the last date of hearing, wherein she has given a media byte undermining the Majesty of the SEM Courts. Replying to this submission, Ld. Counsel for the Respondent made a verbal unconditional apology to this Court and assured that such conduct shall not be repeated in future," the Court has said in its order.

"...undertake and promise not to commit any breach of peace. Further it is also expressed that I have full faith in judiciary and all its instruments including the learned SEM Court. That we reiterate our undertaking and commitment towards peace, law and order, public Tranquillity and further we specifically State that we will not make any calls for protest at Janta Manar till such a time that it is de-notified in accordance with Law. That we further reiterate that any protest undertaken would be done within the four corners of the Constitution," this the complete undertaking.
