In 2023, I campaigned for Peter Obi in Benue, where APC led LP by just 2,096 votes. In 2027, my support is with Atiku Abubakar and ADC. I’m committed to the party and have set a personal target of mobilising 600,000+ votes for Atiku in Benue. Benue has no reason to vote Tinubu

Farmers need peace and security to return to their farms and earn a decent living. Our children deserve good schools, reliable electricity and a learning environment that gives them a real chance to succeed. Our communities need accessible roads, clean drinking water and basic amenities. And our young people need jobs, skills and opportunities to build a future they can be proud of. These are not too much to ask for. They are the basic things every community deserves. My vision is a Benue where farmers can work without fear, children can learn without unnecessary challenges, communities can thrive and our youths can look forward to a brighter tomorrow. A better future begins when we make people's everyday needs a priority. — Rt. Hon. Herman Iorwase Hembe

Earlier today, I arrived at the Abuja residence of our National Chairman, Distinguished Senator David Alechenu Mark, ahead of an important meeting with our party’s presidential candidate, H.E. Atiku Abubakar @atiku, and other national leaders of the African Democratic Congress. Glad to meet with @GRVlagos Rhode-Vivour, the ADC governorship candidate for Lagos State, alongside other governorship candidates from across the country. This meeting brings us together as leaders and candidates to discuss the journey ahead, our party’s preparations and the direction we hope to take as we approach the 2027 general elections. These engagements are important. They give us the opportunity to share ideas, strengthen our working relationship and build a common understanding of the task before us. As we look towards 2027, our focus remains on building a stronger party and presenting a clear vision for a better Nigeria and a better Benue State. The journey continues. — Rt. Hon. Today, I, Rt. Hon. Herman Iorwase Hembe, ADC governorship candidate for Benue State in 2027, had the opportunity to speak at the official campaign flag-off for Dr. David Olofu, PhD, and other ADC candidates in Benue South. The African Democratic Congress (ADC) is a party for all Nigerians, and we are presenting candidates who are ready to serve and offer a different direction for our country. I used the opportunity to appeal to our people in Zone C to support Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and vote for all ADC candidates across the ballot, from top to bottom. I also urged them to recognise the place of their illustrious son, Senator David Mark, who currently serves as the National Chairman of our great party. This is a moment for unity and collective effort. Let us come together and work towards the future we want for Benue State and Nigeria. ADC — Arise!

FOR THE YOUTHS: 4 REASONS HERMAN HEMBE'S GOVERNORSHIP AGENDA FOCUSES ON THE FUTURE OF BENUE YOUTHS The future of Benue State depends largely on the opportunities available to its young people. Here are four key areas of youth development outlined in Hembe's proposed agenda: 1. Employment Opportunities Hembe will create more employment opportunities by supporting existing businesses, attracting investors and encouraging young people to establish and grow their own businesses. 2. Skills Acquisition and Youth Empowerment Hembe will empower youths through vocational training, digital skills development and financial support for young entrepreneurs and startups. 3. Quality Education Hembe will promote access to quality education through scholarship opportunities, affordable learning and professional development programmes that prepare young people for the future. 4. Youth Inclusion in Governance Hembe will give young people a voice in governance by encouraging their participation in decision-making, leadership development and appointments into positions of responsibility. A BETTER FUTURE FOR BENUE STARTS WITH INVESTING IN ITS YOUTHS. ORYIMAN KA HEMBE

True development begins at the doorstep of the people. "..My administration will grant full administrative and financial autonomy to all 23 local government areas in Benue State, returning power to the people where it truly belongs: at the grassroots. I will ABOLISH the evil system called JOINT ACCOUNT in Benue State. Our local government chairmen will have the financial resources to REHABILITATE RURAL ROADS, provide RURAL ELECTRIFICATION, and improve PRIMARY HEALTHCARE services without unnecessary delays or having to wait for approvals from the relevant offices in Makurdi. Most importantly, this will EMPOWER citizens to hold their local government chairmen ACCOUNTABLE for delivering meaningful development and improving the lives of people in their communities." WHO IS RT. HON. HERMAN IORWASE HEMBE, AND WHY DOES HE WANT TO GOVERN BENUE STATE? Born in 1975, Rt. Hon. Herman Iorwase Hembe is a lawyer and former member of the House of Representatives who represented the Vandeikya/Konshisha Federal Constituency, popularly known as Jechira. His journey in public service began in 2007 when he was first elected to the National Assembly. He attended Mount St. Gabriel’s Secondary School, Makurdi, before proceeding to Benue State University, where he studied Law and graduated in 2001. He is a legal practitioner and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. During his years in the House of Representatives, Hembe has highlighted contributions and legislative efforts in areas such as education, rural electrification, water supply, healthcare, transportation, and the empowerment of women and young people. He has also pointed to his legislative record, including the sponsorship and support of more than 30 bills. Today, as the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for the 2027 Benue State governorship election, Hembe is asking the people of Benue to give him the opportunity to lead the state. His vision, outlined in his blueprint, “Make Benue Great Again,” centres on building a state where peace and security are restored, farmers can return safely to their farms, displaced persons can return to their communities, and development reaches every part of Benue. Security and rural development are two major priorities of his agenda. He has pledged to address insecurity and improve the living conditions of rural communities through better roads, electricity, access to clean water and stronger primary healthcare services. Benue State is blessed with fertile land, hardworking people and enormous potential. Yet, many citizens want to see greater progress in their daily lives: safer communities, better opportunities for farmers, jobs for young people, quality education for their children and access to essential services. As the 2027 election approaches, the important question is how the next administration can translate its promises into practical results that improve the lives of ordinary people. Hembe is presenting his experience, ideas and vision to the people of Benue. Ultimately, it is the people who will decide who earns their mandate and the responsibility of leading the state. Oryiman Ka Hembe! (Hembe is the Saviour.) The vision is a Benue where peace, unity and development are more than campaign promises—they are realities people can experience in their communities.

BENUE STATE DESERVES RESULTS, NOT MORE EXCUSES! Benue people have endured enough. The time has come for meaningful results, responsible leadership and real development. I, Rt. Hon. Barr. Herman Iorwase Hembe, am ready to serve and deliver the progress our dear state deserves. Under the current administration of Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, many of our people are still waiting for the change they hoped for. Sometimes, we focus so much on comparing the present government with past administrations that we forget to ask a more important question: How is Benue performing compared with other states today, considering the resources available to our government? Benue deserves more than promises and announcements. With the resources available to our state, our people should be seeing meaningful improvements in security, infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture and employment opportunities. We must raise our expectations and demand measurable results. Our farmers should prosper, our young people should have opportunities to succeed, our civil servants should receive their salaries promptly, and every community should feel the impact of good governance. If elected Governor of Benue State in 2027, I will be guided by the principle in Philippians 2:3, which teaches us to act with humility and consider others above ourselves. For me, leadership is not about personal glory or the privileges of public office. It is about service, sacrifice, accountability and putting the needs of the people first. I believe Benue has the potential to become one of Nigeria's leading states. What we need is purposeful leadership, proper planning and the determination to turn our potential into visible development. Benue people deserve a government that works, a state that progresses and a future filled with hope. Together, let us rescue, restore and rebuild our dear state. Benue State must be great again! — Rt. Hon. Barr. Herman Iorwase Hembe ADC Governorship Candidate, Benue State 2027. #Hembe2027 #3H27 #Hembe #HembeForGovernor #BenueDeservesBetter #ADC #Arise #RescueRestoreRebuild

The 2025 Appropriation act has a defense budget of Three Trillion One Hundred Billion Naira (N3.1Tr.). This is for the Armed Forces who are struggling without proper equipment to fulfil the primary purpose of government, which is the protection of lives and property. That same budget has a provision of Eleven Trillion, Two Hundred Billion Naira (11.2 trillion) allocated to the NNPC for a Pipeline Security Contract which has allegedly been awarded to a Niger Delta Militant. This is the greatest abdication of duty by any government in Nigeria's history. Vote Atiku Abubakar/Rotimi Amaechi and let us change this narrative. @atiku @ChibuikeAmaechi ADC

Here is what the Benue ADC Gubernatorial candidate, Herman Iorwase Hembe is saying in simple and plain terms. CHAPTER 3 How has Governor Alia utilized the over 1.5 Trillion Naira that has accrued to Benue State and it's local governments? Here is what his government claims; Total capital expenditure: 380 billion Naira. Of which; 1. Roads: N 130 bn 2. Health: N 36 bn 3. Agriculture: N 27 bn 4. Education: N 27 bn 5. Water: N 14 bn 6. Security: N 10 bn 7. Housing: N 7 bm 8. Electricity: N 2 bn. Where are these capital projects located? According to the Alia Government; 1. Zone A has N 17 bn projects of which 15 bn are in Vandeikya LGA. (Where are the N 2bn projects located, Gomna) 2. Zone B has N 317 bn projects of which N314 bn are in Makurdi. We look forward to knowing where the N3bn is domiciled. 3. Zone C, has a paltry N 8bn of which he says N4bn is in Otukpo. Where exactly? Your guess is as good as mine. So too the other N 4bn. Apparently, these few Makurdi streets that he is frantically working on are worth N 317 billion. Not to mention the never ending, world famous underpass. Then again, if these expenditure is from the state coffers, where are the billions that have accrued to the local governments? Why is there nothing to show in 20 of the 23 LGA's of Benue State? Where is all the money? For a former priest (per Cardinal Onaiyekan) who has no wife, no kids, is a healer, doesn't steal, where is all this money? These are answers Benue people must have before they go to cast their vote in January and February 2027. Stay with us. Benue ADC 2027 campaign media team.

Here is what the Benue ADC Gubernatorial candidate, Herman Iorwase Hembe is saying in simple and plain terms. CHAPTER 2 Local government income under the Alia Government as presented by ADC's Gubernatorial candidate, Rt Hon. Herman Iorwase Hembe. Revenue paid from FAAC on a monthly basis between 2023-2025 to the 23 LGA's amounts toN 383 billion Naira . Breakdown by LGA 1. Katsina-Ala= N 18 bn 2. Konshisha = N 18 bn 3. Kwande = N 19.5 bn 4. Logo = N 16 bn 5. Ukum = N 17.5 bn 6. Ushongo = N 17 bn 7. Vandeikya = N 18 bn 8. Buruku = N 17 bn 9. Gboko = N 22 bn 10. Guma = N 17.5 bn 11. Gwer East = N 17 bn 12. Gwer West = N 15 bn 13. Tarka = N 13 bn 14. Makurdi = N 19 bn 15. Ado = N 17 bn 16. Agatu = N 14 bn 17. Apa = N 14 bn 18. Obi = N 14 bn 19. Ogbadibo = N 15 bn 20. Ohimini = N 13 bn 21. Oju = N 16 bn 22. Okpokwu = N 16 bn 23. Otukpo = N 19 bn Source: FAAC Fed Min. of Finance. Remember that Alia's government, contrary to the lie by the Governor, refused to grant financial autonomy to these local governments so their monies are controlled by Makurdi. As we go next, into discussing what the Alia Government says they did with all these monies, it is also incumbent on you, the Benue resident, to say what impact these billion have had on your local governments or communities. Stay with us. Benue ADC 2027 campaign media team

Here is what the Benue ADC Gubernatorial candidate, Herman Iorwase Hembe is saying in simple and plain terms. CHAPTER 1. From June 2023 to June 2026, Benue under Alia has recieved a total of 1.1 Trillion Naira. SOURCES; 1. N 782 bn from FAAC. 2. N 91 bn from IGR 3. N 223 bn from Aides n grants. 4. N 46 m proceeds from sale of government assets etc. 5. N 11bn loan he took (in the face of the huge income) 6. N 5 bn palliatives. [This info is from the Benue state Audited Financial reports 2023-2025 and Benue's budget implementation report 2023 to 2026 second quarter.] How has he spent it? According to his own reporting 1. N 664 bn recurrent spending 2. N 380 bn capital spending 3. N 64 bn unspent funds (unaccounted for) This resource income is unprecedented in the history of Benue State. Never has the state recieved such huge funds. One would expect that Governor Alia's re-election campaign would be a project commissioning fest. Instead, he went about "thanking you" the Benue people 3 years and a half into the term. Next, we will show you some of the income to Local governments in Benue state between 2023-2025. Stay with us.
