The GOAT is back on the mat tonight. 🐐🇺🇸
Helen Maroulis opens her World Championships run at 57kg as women's freestyle gets underway in Astana. She's an Olympic champion, a 3x Olympic medalist and a multi-time World champion, and she's still going for more Gold.
Morgan Turner, Kayla Miracle and Dymond Guilford are also in action overnight, and Xavier Johnson (doubtful to compete due to injury) and Otto Black were pulled back in to repechage in Greco.
Set your alarms or follow along live on our Team USA tracker.
Not long ago, wrestlers had to wait until after college to get endorsement deals. Now @JaxForrest6 is designing his own shoe going into his sophomore year at Oklahoma State. 👟
On the show last week, he said it's something he never imagined two years ago, and that the best part has been getting to be himself with it, not just putting his name on something someone else made.
It's a cool look at how NIL is changing what's possible for college wrestlers.

MAC CROSSON DEFENDS HIS #1 SPOT AND WINS SUPER 32 🔥
The Nebraska commit won the 157 final 2-1 in double overtime over #2 Cam Howard. It was about as close as it gets between the top two guys in the country.
That came right after another double-overtime win, over #5 Aiden Arnett in the semis.
The Indianola (IA) senior has now won Who's #1 and Super 32 this fall.

MELVIN MILLER WINS HIS 3RD SUPER 32 TITLE 🔥
The McCort senior and Virginia Tech commit defended his 165 belt with a 7-3 win over #2 Matthew Staples, a 2x undefeated Indiana state champ.
Miller also won 144 back in 2023, and that doesn't count the Super 32 middle school title he won at 80 pounds years ago.
Before the final, he had six straight bonus-point wins: a pin in 48 seconds, two majors and three tech falls.
Who's #1 winner last month, high school Super 32 title No. 3 now. #1 Big Boarder for a reason!

#1 Mac Crosson vs #2 Cam Howard. Will we get it in Greensboro?
They're the top two seeds at 157 and the top two wrestlers in the country. Both are Who's #1 winners: Howard in 2025, and Crosson last month with an overtime win over Michael Romero.
Crosson already beat Howard once this year, at the U20 World Team Trials.
Super 32 action kicks off tomorrow at 8 AM ET, with 157 in the 2 PM session. The finals are Sunday at about 2:30 PM ET, all on FloWrestling.

Will Stanford knock off Ohio State this year?
InterMat's preseason rankings have them HALF a point apart: #6 Ohio State at 63.5, #7 Stanford at 63.
They could meet at the National Duals Invitational in Tulsa, Dec. 12-13, where the Buckeyes are the defending champs. Seeds & brackets haven't been revealed yet.
And there's a wrinkle: Seth Shumate's injury at U23 Worlds. If he's out a while, 197 swings even heavier toward #6 Angelo Posada and the Cardinal.
What do we think?
