If we are being honest about this cycle it’s that GOP $ have been a necessity to hold senate races in KS, SC and TX. MN would be a generational win with a fraction of the investment but you can’t do it with deep red states on a “make a wish” campaign. SLF or MAGA can’t be blamed

The #1 argument for electing the awful GOP nominee in this race is this, right here. Talarico’s left-wing, woke BS is bad. But his willingness to set fire to the judiciary because his entitled partisan tribe hasn’t gotten all of their desired outcomes recently is dangerous.
Democrat Texas Senate Candidate James Talarico: “I think that the Supreme Court needs to be overhauled”

Unlike the NYT, G. Elliott Morris, and DDHQ, we didn't have to delete any polls from our averages because they were never included in the first place. xitter.cf/DecisionDeskHQ/status/…
Forecast and Polling Average Update: With the admission from “Wedgewood Polling” that their purported polls were in fact fabricated, we have removed 17 polls from our race-level polling lists and averages. As polling and averages are a component of our forecast model, we have rerun the model and all of our forecasts now reflect the removal of the fraudulent data. The removal of these polls has not changed the projected seat totals or chamber control probabilities in the Senate or House.

Oh no, Trump gets shot every time Rupar takes a day off.
It's my birthday so I'm taking the evening off and skipping the Trump rally in South Carolina. I really appreciate all the kind birthday wishes -- they really mean a lot 🥹 And if you'd like to buy me a birthday drink you can do so here. Thank you! buymeacoffee.com/atrupar

Pretty sure my wife would not answer this question this way.
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) when asked by MS Now tonight if she married her brother: "Not to my knowledge."

The fact that so many self-proclaimed experts who make a living on polling and elections accepted fake results is really striking.
[extremely fake voice:] hello, New York Times? My name is Steve Pollingfirm. My wife and I run the Pollingfirm & Pollingfirm Polling Firm and we would like you to publish our new poll that shows Abdul El-Sayed up 75 points. Wait, you will? Seriously??

We keep being told we must surrender our decency to win and then we lament how indecent the country is becoming. Every candidate is a worse candidate, but from pastor to politician, we’re told we must hold our nose or else. Now, we’re to defend the Vivek ad or else. Nope.

The thing Vance gets about politics is that you don't sell half your soul.
Vance: The media and the Democrats in the state of Ohio are obsessed because Vivek Ramaswamy had the audacity to run a TV commercial which calls it out like it is and calls Amy Acton a liar.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The ad features Amy Acton's estranged mother disputing Acton's account of childhood homelessness, rape and abuse. Both 1978 Mahoning County court records and Acton's brother, Phillip Stearns, corroborate her account of living in a tent and abuse. wyso.org/2026-10-20/amy…

Gives a new meaning to "51st state."
Mississippi is now richer than us. The World Bank puts Canada’s 2025 GDP per person at US$55,698. Mississippi, the poorest state in America, sits around US$55,877. That puts us below all 50 states. In 2014 the New York Times found Canada’s middle class had caught up to America’s. A year later the liberals took over. Ten years of liberals. Fifty states ahead of us.

Opposite of Journalism genre all-timer
For the first time in @metrotimes history, we’re no longer seeking comment from a candidate’s campaign because of repeated lies and bigoted attacks. That candidate is Mike Rogers, whose campaign keeps targeting Abdul El-Sayed’s Muslim faith. metrotimes.com/news/mike-rog…
