My theory about corporate AI psychosis is that AI is most appealing to people who aren’t good at their jobs. AI slop looks incredible to them because they’re so incompetent they don’t even know what good work looks like in the first place.

Increasingly it seems people don’t want to do anything hard, ever. AI is re-writing classics into “modern” slang; AI is reading bedtime stories to children. A world in which no one makes any effort is unsustainable. We need to recover a culture of doing challenging things.
