it must feel like a high when you're a singer onstage and the audience sings your song along with you like this
Tabi ka muna kumareng @zaralarsson .. kami na to hahahaahahahahah #ZaraLarssonInManila grabe choir ang atake harddddd hahaha 💕💕💕💕💕
I saw someone here say that we have the right to refuse using AI at work, but prepare to be replaced by someone who knows how to use it.
This pressure is real where I work, to the point where if I refuse to, I just know I'm going to get fired too
THEY'RE NOT FIRING HER ANYMORE OMG LET'S GOOOO 🥳🥳🥳
yet another teammate saved 😘 people really should think first about their own lapses instead of blaming other people's inability to learn from them 😌
I cannot fathom why we're hiring clueless people to begin with. NOBODY EVEN ASKS ME TO SCREEN.
They wanted me to work with what we have, so I did the work. Person A did the work. We are now doing FINE but now they say it's not working.
Is Person A truly the problem here? NO!
I need to vent real quick about something going on at work because this is the most frustrating thing to-date.
Months ago, one of my team members had to go on leave and I had to cover her Task A which takes so much effort, time, and expertise that can only come with experience.
Now tell me why they're telling me today that they're going to fire her because the Task B people said she had issues during their training, and that she couldn't keep up.
They're going to fire her just as I've managed to train her enough to keep everything updated.
