Schools should be led by a traditional leadership team that focuses on the management side of the house, AND they should also be led by a guiding coalition that focuses exclusively on the PLC processes. You can have 2 separate teams, or 1 team with a split agenda. @SolutionTree
#thehillmenway The Platteville School District met today at the UWP Pioneer Farm as they continue to finalize plans for the upcoming school year. Thank you to Cory Weigel for the tour of the robotic milkers.

The critical friend on-ramp for Singletons in a PLC guides music, CTE, & other elective & specials teachers to engage in learning-focused conversations to improve practice, even when there is no shared content. #atplc @SolutionTree #suptchat
