It’s more than perceived bias — the record shows evidence of it.
- Co-chaired the Action Committee on Court Operations with Justice Minister Lametti, relying mainly on one-sided PHAC input (minutes heavily redacted).
- Directed full vaccination for Supreme Court courtroom staff in fall 2021 — aligning the Court with the same federal public-service vaccine rules that triggered the Freedom Convoy.
-Publicly condemned the convoy as “anarchy,” “hostage”-taking and “deplorable,” then refused to recuse himself from the Emergencies Act appeal.
Two courts have already found the invocation unconstitutional. The decision to hear the government’s appeal anyway, with Wagner remaining on the panel, is a choice the Court did not have to make.
Pereceived bias at the Supreme Court
How can Chief Justice Richard Wagner be objective about whether the govt's use of the Emergencies Act was constitutional, when he's already used the same rhetoric condemning the trucker protests as the government did?

The NDP also lost many of its arbitration cases relating to Covid-19 mandates. In some cases, they had to make significant payouts.

The guy who thew the entire Canadian military under the bus on behalf of the Liberal government, by imposing the vaccine mandate that violated of the rights and freedoms they'd sworn to defend, is complaining about being thrown under the bus by the Liberal government.
The irony is not lost on me.

A Gag Order to the Entire Medical Community
At the August press conference, Dr. Charles Hoffe described what he believes amounted to a “gag order” on the medical community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Hoffe says doctors were warned not to speak publicly about information that authorities considered “misinformation,” creating what he described as an illusion of consensus because doctors were afraid to raise concerns. He also recounted being charged with spreading misinformation, only for those charges to eventually be dropped. According to Dr. Hoffe, the explanation he received was that the process had already served its purpose as a deterrent to other doctors.
He says the consequences of silencing medical professionals went beyond individual doctors—it prevented important questions and concerns from being openly discussed.

All individuals — including bureaucrats and politicians from all levels of government — need to be held accountable for grossly infringing some of our most basic civil liberties.
Accountability is the only way forward, and the only path to healing from this incredibly dark period in our history — a time where friends, family and neighbours were turned against each other.
I was in dismay as all levels of government pushed and doubled down on their overreach for more than 2 years.

People are puzzled and confused by why we are getting a flood of information about the Covid era five and six years later. This does not shock me. Transparency is finally here. Plus, the lockdowns were a kind of time warp that disrupted all life ritual and caused the calendar to turn in on itself. With life again approaching normal, the culture is finally ready to hear the fullness of what happened to them. I wrote about this in my first book on the topic Sept 2020. amazon.com/Liberty-Lockdown-…

Before most people even had access to the shots and long before they were mandated, Fauci had credible evidence that they were neither effective – the variant mutated beyond the formula – nor safe even for expecting mothers. He said nothing. Think about what that implies.

The US is publicly re-examining its pandemic leadership. Canada is not.
No broad inquiry. Mostly silence, mootness rulings, and institutional self-protection.
I’m writing the detailed Canadian record instead — carefully, with data, and without waiting for permission.
