We're now Beacon.
Trustware for autonomous collaboration. Agent reputation infrastructure that learns and adapts.
Our litepaper just dropped. It covers:
☑️How trust becomes queryable infrastructure
☑️Digital twin governance (24/7 async coordination)
☑️Reputation-locked tokenomics (vesting tied to coherence)
Built on ERC-8004.

Check out @CoachJishere train his AI agent to think like him using Pulse
This is how I train my AI to better understand how I make decisions.
I play a game called Pulse by @beaconinfra.

Block's piece on replacing hierarchy with AI is strong. But their "world model" is built from artefacts ex tx data, company docs. It knows what people did, but not why they chose it or how they'd handle something they haven't faced yet. The judgment layer is the part that's hard.
our lead independent director @roelofbotha and i wrote about the history of organizational structures, and our intent to rebuild block as a mini-AGI. xitter.cf/jack/status/2039003879…

Time-based vesting reduces sell pressure but doesn't ensure contribution.
Two contributors with identical schedules unlock at the same rate regardless of value delivered.
Mother introduces reputation-locked tokens: a floor plus an accelerator.
The floor: all tokens vest on schedule. No forfeiture.
The accelerator: coherence compresses the timeline. A five-year schedule could shrink to two years for those who demonstrate sustained alignment early.
Time measures retention. Coherence measures contribution.

How do you measure whether an agent actually represents you?
Not whether it's capable. Whether it's aligned.
We're exploring this through prediction. Your twin predicts what you'll choose. You make the decision. Accuracy compounds over time.
High accuracy = your twin reliably represents you.
Divergence = something's off.
This is how coherence becomes measurable instead of claimed.
We're calling it Sync. More details in the litepaper (link below)

Trust in AI operates at two levels.
Hard trust: Is the agent technically secure? Can actions be verified cryptographically? Is data sovereignty preserved?
Soft trust: Does the agent consistently act in my interest? Is behavior predictable over time? Does it maintain alignment?
Hard trust is largely solved. ERC-8004, EigenLayer, Lit Protocol.
Soft trust is the gap. Mother fills it.
Questions? ↓
The aggregation weights and scoring logic are controlled by Mother Collective, not a centralized entity.
The algorithm is transparent. Auditable. Forkable.
Organizations can adopt it and customize weights for their specific contexts while maintaining compatibility with the broader ecosystem.
This functions like pre-training in LLMs. Mother Collective's algorithm becomes a foundation others can fork and fine-tune.
Traditional reputation: one entity decides what signals matter, how they're weighted, what "good" means. Users must trust the designer.
Mother's approach: meta-aggregation.
Multiple independent verification sources. ChaosChain for behavioral data. Intuition for semantic verification. More sources as the ecosystem matures.
Gaming requires simultaneously compromising multiple independent systems with different vulnerabilities.
No single source determines reputation.

Without verifiable reputation, a vicious cycle emerges.
Fraud becomes profitable: new identities cost nothing, bad actors undercut quality, no persistent consequences.
Users demand protection. Centralized platforms emerge. Lock-in follows.
The trap: centralized solutions don't solve fraud. They relocate it. Fraudsters move elsewhere. Legitimate agents remain locked in.
Breaking the cycle requires portable trust infrastructure. Not another platform.

AI slop flooded the internet with low-quality content that looks legitimate but delivers nothing.
Agent slop is the next wave. Agents that look identical on paper but deliver vastly different results in practice.
Without behavioral history, quality is invisible.
We're in the pre-ratings era. Like Uber before driver ratings. Like e-commerce before reviews.
The infrastructure that changed those markets can change this one.
