Anyone help?Currently have sky glass, 3 month old. Tv not connecting to internet, puck upstairs works fine, contract states 24 month warranty, fighting with @SkyHelpTeam despite @CitizensAdvice regarding consumer rights act. Sky in breech of contract. How do I proceed?

Absolutely shocking customer service from @Iberia_en how on earth does it take almost two weeks to get belongings from the airport to her destination??? I appreciate missing luggage can happen but 2 weeks to get them back?? And the lack of help?? @Iberia_en you should be ashamed!
This is day 13 that @Iberia_en have failed to get my daughters luggage to her. They have confirmed the luggage arrived in San Juan airport on 24 October but have failed to get it to the designated address - also in San Juan.
