As a man I hate this narrative that all men are victims of not pulling out lol and women are trying to ruin their lives lol. You can’t nut in someone on accident idc what no man says.

Willfully ignorant because instead of educating yourself on another culture it’s always “questions” that are really meant to be insults or shade. But let Black Americans not know something about another culture in the diaspora everyone is quick to call us ignorant.

Now before I break you down with EASE, please tell me what “Black Americans fighting for advancement” have to do with someone ignorantly asking if Black Americans have Sunday dinner culture 🤔? What’s the correlation? Or you was just waiting to strike this match with me?

Do not go cuz y'all are gonna bring down the whole vibe and it would be worse to possibly ruin your friend's birthday. Maybe y'all can catch the 40th!
My friend wants to plan a couples, no-kids weekend getaway, splitting the cost of a large AirBNB, in January for her 30th birthday. I really do not love this idea (husband is mortified), neither to spend the money nor to get someone to take the toddler for 3 days. It would be a 2.5 hour drive away for us, too, so it’s not like we’re close if something happens. I haven’t been away from him for even 1 night yet and he still just seems so young! It would be very hard to leave him for that long.
Am I just a party pooper who needs to get over it? Genuine question. Like I actually need advice here guys

Thank you Patrick! Now everyone STFU. #RHOP 🌸
I agree with this to an extent! I’m the youngest by 7 years, so yeah none of my siblings were my peers. But you have to be respectable to continue to receive respect. Yeah a hierarchy is needed but the oldest gotta remember they NEED to respect their younger siblings
Damon Wayans says that even at 65 years old, if Keenen tells him to get him a soda, he's going to go get it, because in their family, it’s all about an unspoken code of respect, seniority, and brotherly hierarchy.
“Yeah, but like even now, this is how my family is. Like, I'm 65 years old and Keenen goes, "Go get me a soda," and I got to go get it.”
“If Marlon walks in a room, and you know, if I walk in a room and there's no seats, Marlon gets up. Sean and Keenen will sit, and Marlon will get up and say, "You sit here." And my son will have to do the same thing.”
“That's why I love the fact that they have children. Because I go to my theater sometimes and little Damon's there and Mikey's there, and as soon as I walk in the room, the youngest one gets up and lets me sit down without question, and I love that.”
“It's just how we do with each other. It's just a quiet code. Some things you don't have to teach, it's just what you see.”

& this is why I don’t fucking like you ppl. There is a whole ICONIC MOVIE, called SOUL FOOD, that is centered on the tradition of BLACK AMERICA, SUNDAY DINNER culture. & it started during slavery, on the only day (some) Black Americans were allowed to rest & WORSHIP, where we went to church as a family, & came home turned scraps into a feast for our families. To this very day, Sunday dinners are the backbone of Black American families.
