In our discussions, I reaffirmed my profound appreciation for their unwavering courage and determination. Despite the recent trials that have tested the faith and fortitude of many, they have chosen to stand firmly with us—not for personal gain, but for the collective progress and wellbeing of our people. Together, we remain resolute in upholding and advancing the timeless ideals of Kwankwasiyya. Thank you once again for your loyalty and solidarity. The journey continues, and victory is assured by the grace of God and the will of the people. - RMK

It is profoundly relieving to learn that the Kano State Police have swiftly arrested the principal suspects believed to be responsible for the horrific murder of Fatima Abubakar and her six innocent children in Dorayi Chiranchi. This barbaric act of violence against a defenceless mother and her young children is utterly heartbreaking and deeply tragic. My heart goes out to the grieving family, the Dorayi Chiranchi community, and all of Kano in this moment of sorrow. I commend the Kano State Police Command for its rapid, intelligence-led response and for apprehending the suspects within hours. This prompt action offers a glimmer of justice in the face of such cruelty. I urge the authorities to ensure a thorough investigation and to bring these perpetrators to swift and decisive justice, so that such evil is never repeated. To my fellow people of Kano: let us redouble our vigilance, look out for one another, and strengthen the bonds of community watchfulness. Together, through unity, alertness, and collective responsibility, we can help uproot this culture of violence and build a safer society for our families. May Allah rest the souls of the departed in Aljannah Firdaus and grant their loved ones patience in abundance. — RMK
