We spent hours and hours in choreography and vocal rehearsals trying to perfect our ourselves. We were so thrilled to be on @nbcsnl. And after we were done, we were very pleased with our performance. Definitely an unforgettable moment for us! We had so much fun.
When En Vogue hit SNL in March 1992, they dismantled the myth that girl groups couldn’t sing full-throttle live in heels. Trading leads across Cindy, Dawn, Terry, and Maxine, their dynamic control remained untouchable—from Dawn’s raspy rock bite to Terry’s operatic belts. When they converged on the hook, their four-part harmonies locked in with their blend and zero backing tape. The album dropped 3 days later, proving to themselves and to the world just how Funky, these Divas really are.
Tonight’s results are not surprising, the pendulum eventually swings.
The true test will be what the left does now that they are in power. Americans need to see immediate results that positively improve their lives.
I truly believe that only the major studios have the power to return tv to more diverse casting.
I’m looking at you HBO and Marvel.
We need a show of the scale of GOT or Breaking Bad with a diverse cast that can shift this tide. I have hope that that show is on the way
This is so interesting because the film and television industry made such a sharp pivot aware from content involving Black people as a result of 2024 election and look where we the country is now politically.
I’ve been chasing the high of watching this scene for the first time ever since #abronxtale

I work a manual labor job with people in their 70s and 80s. Going on TV once a week to talk about sports isn’t back breaking labor. That’s kind that they thought of the staff but that dropping dead comment was over the top
Charles Barkley says he and Ernie Johnson were ready to retire last year, until EJ told him continuing Inside the NBA on ESPN would mean hundreds of coworkers could keep their jobs
“I was done after last year, and I think Ernie was done. We lost a package to NBC.’ And we both met with NBC, and I met with Amazon. I’m like, ‘You know what? I’m good. I’m 63 years old. I’m good.’”
“And then I get a call from Ernie telling us that ESPN wants to buy the show, and I said, ‘What do you think?’ He said, ‘Well, we talking a couple hundred people get to keep their jobs.’”
“And I said, ‘I would consider that because I love the people I work with. I would consider that if everybody’s going to keep their job. But Ernie, I don’t want to drop dead on TV. I want to drop dead on the 13th fairway.’”

Eddie really is eating the current "Sexiest Man Alive" up in every side by side pic.... hope it was worth it, Noah 🤣🤣
Noah Wyle reveals on ‘Good Hang with Amy Poehler’ that Eddie Murphy told him to “f*ck off” when he was 9, so he now always signs autographs for kids:
“I met Eddie once when I was a kid. I asked him for his autograph, and I said, ‘I really like you on ‘SNL.’ And he goes, ‘What are you doing up that late?’ And I said, ‘Can I have your autograph?’ He goes, ‘F*ck off, man.’ I always sign an autograph. Whenever a 9-year-old needs an autograph from me, I sign that so fast.”
