how are you going to socialize the children you have if you have no interest in maintaining your friendships. who will your children get to know and how will you model interpersonal dealings in front of them. how will you ensure they come out normal if you don't have friends

I just can't conceptualize it. I question my beliefs like every single day. How do people operate like this?
one of the stranger parts of being an adult is realising how many people have never questioned a single belief they inherited, not even out of curiosity.

It's easy to love a baby, they barely have wills of their own. It's much harder to give unconditional love and acceptance to a full grown adult whose neuroses have their origin in mistakes you yourself made
Everyone I know loves their baby so much and almost everyone I know has an at least somewhat fractious relationship with their parents. Seems important to figure out what goes wrong between babyhood and adulthood.

It is the same patriarchy yeah, but for some reason MY last name is my father's but my husband's last name is his, funny isn't?
no way did i just read that keeping your father’s last name is less patriarchal than taking your husband’s last name. babe that’s the same patriarchy

You actually can't win if you're autistic btw. You try to socialize: they hate you. You keep to yourself: they hate you. Like I'm sorry, I didn't choose having to work. I thought I was doing you guys a favor by making it easy to ignore me, but I guess that's wrong, too
mfs when you genuinely just quiet

You can tell a lot of people only had kids due to societal pressure.
People act like being a parent is like being a prisoner for decades and wonder why young people don't want kids or aren't excited about their babies. Y'all act like your lives ended! That there's no more sparkle and ambition in your eyes after kids. Most people don't like that.

They are not dressing as KKK. They are the KKK.
Teenagers dress as KKK for Halloween party—walk down neighborhood street yelling N-word. "We hate [N-words] !" they yell terrorizing families. Other teens laugh & encourage them to shout more hate. "One, two, three — bye [N-words] !" Boy filming calls them "the team"—so maybe those under the robes could be identified as participants in high school sports together. Witnesses say the crowd first gathered for a Halloween party at a residential house. Then the group wearing the KKK costumes decided to march down the residential streets & scream the N-word. Incident occurred on the Eastside of El Paso, Texas. Therealfitfamelpaso doesn’t have an active account on this platform—so posting first full length and credited video here to help raise awareness.

You think that'll stop me from trying?
Genuinely doesn't matter how "avoidant" you are as a woman you will never be as evil or apathetic as ur male counterpart

The ”protect our women”-nationalism can be summed up with ”WE want to be the only ones to molest our women”. Its about ownership & not about acc caring abt dismantling rape culture & protecting women. Thats why so many nationalist male leaders are sexual predators themselves.
ふだん女性の人権とかほとんど関心のない連中が、移民の問題になったときだけ「移民の性犯罪から女性を守れ」とか言っているの本当に片腹痛い。

Personally, for me, some random bearded guy deciding my daughter's future and condemning her to a lifetime of illiteracy would violate my gheeerah far more.
If you as a Muslim father has any ghaerah left in you, don't send your daughters to male and female free mix college or university.

And he better put in that work. I have my reservations about obama but we can bank on the nostalgia a lot of americans feel for him to get those damn votes. He better endorse like he's never endorsed before. It is that serious.
They put Obama in this chair for three days and wouldn't let him get up until they finished filming ads for 200 different Democrats
