@united claim number: JAX50471A: my golf clubs were damaged in your custody on 7/12 flight EWR-JAX. I filed this within 24 hrs/with photo evidence. Your own policy says 3-5 business days and it’s been over 2 weeks with zero updates. Escalate and and reimburse please.
@united claim number: JAX50471A - $200 travel credit for $1,500 in damage is egregiously unacceptable. Make this right please.
@united quick update here: took my clubs that your team broke to @edwinwattsgolf and even their team can’t fix the damage you did to these clubs. Please for the love of god make this right @united. I love you @ScottyCameron and hope to reunite with your brand soon 💔

Navy SEALs have a saying.
You may find it helpful.
When something sucks, they look at each other and say:
"FULL BENEFIT"
It’s an instant mindset shift.
• Hiking and it starts pouring rain?
• Driving and your car breaks down?
• Working on a project and lost a draft?
FULL BENEFIT.

LESSON: Adversity is an opportunity
The message is simple.
Every adversity is an opportunity.
• To grow
• To learn
• To evolve
• To get stronger
• To become better
These moments forge us if we let them.
The next time you're facing something hard, welcome it.
Work through the process.
Learn the lessons.
Reap the full benefit.

Looked like Jacksonville just had to get them playoff jitters out the way so they could lock in. That was an elite display of football in that second half man..respect
