The man killed inside the DC jail this week, Malik Rodney Williams, 30, was awaiting trial in a wild 2024 kidnapping case in which he was accused w/others of ripping off an alleged drug dealer of guns, shoes and cash. The victim was found bound, but alive in a car trunk.
