Pre-K Teacher- St. Louis City Public Schools;

St Louis, MO

This article was hard to read, just about every other sentence is a bold face lie and raise major 🚩 Here's a few that stand out 1. Over 100 people were at the board meeting but not all of them were in support of the 🤡 show put on by the paid agitators of B2H & other misfits

What a day? Thank you @StChasSDPD for allowing us to share the stories of our journies to becoming black male teachers and how to connect with diverse populations within our buildings! @bigsanders22 and @CockrellDarrion delivered phenomenal content and I enjoyed every minute!

Hear ye, hear ye, come out and have your voice heard and share ideas regarding teacher recruitment and retention. This is a hot topic in the region and at @MRH_Schools. MRH is hosting the session being held on November 7, 2022. Spread the word! @MOEducation #graceandgratitude

This is just flat out disrespectful, pick another date. This is the nonsense that happens when you attempt to turn education into the marketplace.

Today, we discussed the critical teacher shortage. Board members willingly (and enthusiastically!) took on various roles in scenarios we gave them. Together, we reflected on how to best support teachers, so teachers can best support students. Thanks for the invite, @MissouriSBA.

Illinois’ Too Young to Test bill has been signed into law. It bars the state from developing, requiring, or purchasing standardized tests for students in PreK - 2nd grade, with exceptions for certain diagnostic & screening tools. Congrats @SenPacioneZayas senatorpacionezayas.com/news…

Louder for the people in the back...
Just because some teachers would rather stay in the classroom than go into administration doesn’t mean they aren’t leaders. Many have amazing talents which can benefit a school by placing them in situations to use those talents. Honor their choice, dedication, & professionalism.
