biobricks.ai eases access to biomedical data with:
1. A single method to access many data sources
2. A data package manager to handle data dependencies
3. A single location to discover data

Bioinformatics data is needlessly complex to access. BioBricks.ai solves that problem. Learn why we're building it, and what it can do for you.

Pubchem is big, but it fits on most modern machines. With enough space, you can `biobricks install pubchem` and count 115 million molecular weights.
Sprinkle in a little arrow, dplyr and ggplot and you've got a histogram.

Informatics projects often rely on multiple databases, they need to manage access to those databases and update whenever their source databases change.
BioBricks makes that easier, this video shows how.
The data discovery tool is up! This is an early work in progress. Learn how to access biobricks at docs.biobricks.ai.
Hard to find data prevents health resources from getting the adoption they deserve.
We made a discovery engine for that w/ BioBricks+@OpenAI .
Try before it crashes at biobricks.ddns.net or watch youtu.be/8EWdSB5vw2s.
Like and we'll keep building! #bioinformatics
The biobricks data discovery tool demo is up at biobricks.ddns.net.
biobricks.ai will soon offer this as a live tool.
Finding data was one of the hardest parts of my phd.
Papers that used hidden or outdated data were frustrating and google did not help.
With #openai we can answer questions w/ data and then use biobricks.ai to quickly pull that data

biobricks-r is up! Read the docs at docs.biobricks.ai.
Use biobricks to install public data, and then load it using the R arrow package. #rstats
Install with:
$ pip install biobricks
$ biobricks configure
$ R
> remotes::install_github("biobricks-ai/biobricks-r")
I will be posting biobricks.ai updates and content to this account.
docs.biobricks.ai has biobricks documentation.
biobricks.ai will soon update w/ account tools
github.com/biobricks-ai lists all the active biobricks
I hate writing #bioinformatics code for extracting data.
bio is particularly bad, so much data, download links, apis and other stuff I don't care about. Why does every db need a web app?
Just give me the data.
That's what we're solving at docs.biobricks.ai
To use a brick from github.com/biobricks-ai just `biobricks install <reponame>`
For example, get github.com/biobricks-ai/toxv… with:
