Isometric holds for 30-90 seconds using large muscle mass groups is very effective for blood pressure issues as well
Wall sits have been shown to improve HBP issues in adults and are easy to do at home
Also very good for connective tissues
Best things you will do for your blood pressure outside of losing weight:
- manage electrolyte intake (potassium, magnesium, sodium,)
- dial in egfr function (kidneys, raas system)
- increase collagen intake
- nattokinase
- zone 4 cardio + sauna for ten minutes when hr drops
- increase epa/dha intake
90% of the time it works everytime.

100% behind the idea that paying someone for access to their knowledge base is a cheat code
You're compressing years of their trial-and-error, failures, frameworks, and pattern recognition into a few calls/1 to 1s.
Couldn't tell you one time I actually regretted paying for mentorships or access to someone who's actually at the LEVEL they claim..

Even after treatment with levothyroxine individuals with hypothyroidism still have redox balance that is tilted towards a pro-oxidative state.
Focusing on NAC + glycine + selenium + mitochondrial support such as PQQ is a more sustainable way to restore redox balance.

The single most powerful meta-skill is comandeering STATE CONTROL.
How quickly you can swap between mental states: Introspective to extroverted. Critical to creative. Stimulated to relaxed. Aggressive to gentle. Rational to emotional. Guarded to open.
Learning to state shift is a skill in and of itself. This one skill will allow you to accomplish more, experience more, and to simply LIVE more. Everybody knows somebody like this because they're simply so extraordinary you don't forget it when you see it.
Takes monk-level nervous system control.

Dim-light melatonin onset is the circadian compass
Your melatonin levels starts rising 2-3 hrs before sleep (in dim light)
And if you hit that window wrong with evening LEDs and your signaling your biology to stay up and wreck your hormones
Blue light is the silent circadian saboteur, and you don't even know it

For future longevity protocols, two important strategies stand out to me
Keeping HbA1c Low (≤ 5.2%)
What this means: HbA1c reflects average blood sugar and the extent of early glycation
Why it matters
Higher HbA1c → more glycation→ more AGE formation
AGEs stiffen proteins in the extracellular matrix (ECM), such as collagen which reduces elasticity
A stiffness that manifests as
Blood vessels > hypertension, vascular aging
Skin > loss of elasticity, wrinkles etc
2. Regular Use of GHK-Cu
As we know In human plasma GHK is present at about 200 micrograms/liter in men of age 20–25 but declines to 80 micrograms/liter by age 60–80
Key benefits
- Collagen & ECM regeneration
- Antioxidant & anti-glycation activity
- Gene expression modulation:
- Upregulates repair pathways
- Downregulates pro-inflammatory genes
- It also inhibits matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), enzymes that would normally degrade ECM, preserving skin structure.
By supporting overall ECM turnover and repair it can help counteract AGE-induced stiffening
Preserving vascular & skin health
The problem is HBA1C is earned through diet and exercise, peptides can be bought...

Being self-employed is like paddling a boat that if you dont stop paddling the boat ends up sinking, but you also have to maintain the health of the boat while your also paddling
This is why people usually lead to having nervous system and health issues
And why delegating your health to someone is a cheat code to unlock more energy, few understand this.

You will give negative and resentful people actionable inputs that will get them out of the hole
And they will just give you excuses of why they can't hit those inputs
Some people unfortunately are destined to stay in the same ruts until the day they die

The perfect health system exists and its 5 simple steps that anyone could execute:
1) Baseline — comprehensive bloodwork + health history
2) Identify — find the highest-leverage bottlenecks based on your bloods + history (pareto principle)
3. Protocol — nutrition, supplementation, training, sleep, lifestyle changes
4. Track — wearables + symptoms + biomarkers + monitor response
5. Iterate — retest and modify the protocol when things go right or wrong
Turning data into execution is actually the hardest part of the process.

When someone disses my interests i remain completely unphased.
why? because I don't directly associate myself with said hobby or interest.
I participate, not integrate to the point I become it.
Can list many such cases of friends who are easily triggered when you diss an interest of theirs & they bite hard.
Try to cognitively distance yourself from your interests they are something you do, they are not 'you' so to speak.

After his wife died in 1977, he continued his academic work while still raising his children.
Im telling you this because you literally have no excuses, stop relying on motivation and start building a life where productivity is your desired default.

On a fundamental level, what we all want, and the whole reason anyone uses supplements, diets, hormones, optimises sleep etc, is to have some sort of increase in energy.
That's all it really is
And not to get all consciousness woo-woo about it, but as conscious beings, we desire energy.
So that we can meet our basic needs, build, create and connect more.
That's the fundamental objective, everything else is just a means to that end.
