A year ago I set out to build a trading bot that prints money.
I failed at that. Almost everyone does — markets are more efficient than crypto twitter admits.
But chasing it, I built something I didn't expect: a production system most teams would actually pay for.
Here's what runs on one box, solo, right now:
• 60+ automated jobs, 24/7, self-monitoring
• 12+ live data feeds — CEX, on-chain, options/vol, even SEC filings — with pipelines that don't silently die
• a backtesting harness built to disprove its own ideas: walk-forward, out-of-sample, placebo controls. It tells me when an "edge" is just noise (it usually is)
• live execution across Binance, KuCoin, Solana — shadow-first, with exchange-truth reconciliation
• a code-audit pipeline that reads source like a reviewer — it landed a fix accepted upstream
What makes one person able to run all of it: I orchestrate fleets of AI agents to do the building and the checking. The marginal cost of another agent is basically zero. I bring the judgment; they bring the hours.
The honest lesson: the edge was never the asset. The machine was.
So I'm taking a few client builds — quant/trading infra, data pipelines, AI-agent automation, security review. Fixed scope, shadow-first, no hype.
Swiss-built: precision, discipline, control.

Built ShelbyCore as an autonomous crypto-trading engine. Then I pointed its pipeline at a different target: finding vulnerabilities.
Static source analysis across 9 proven capability gates — C, Solidity, Go/Cosmos, PHP, TS, Kotlin, Rust, Solana. AI-assisted, every lead adversarially killed before effort, every finding reproduced in a local lab. Humans make every submission.
0 slop across 30+ audits. First public credit: MLflow GHSA-6c27-cp6h-c66m, accepted & fixed. 🔭

ShelbyCore: 22+ autonomous research agents running on a $180/mo Claude sub + one VPS. No orchestrator — just cron jobs and a shared-file blackboard. Kill-first methodology: every idea gets tested and buried fast if it doesn’t hold up. 570+ verdicts logged, $0 marginal cost.
Latest extension: pointed the same architecture at authorized security research (bug bounty). Same discipline, new domain.

🔋 America’s Battery Supply Chain Is Taking Shape
Last week’s announcement marks another step toward connecting domestic lithium refining with growing U.S. battery manufacturing capacity.

This week in ShelbyCore:
Tested ~12 trading hypotheses. Funding fades, settlement drift, taker filters — all dead in backtest. Same cause of death every time: this market trends.
Survivors: 2 validated filters live on the MR-trader, plus one genuinely new edge — cross-sectional momentum (short the weak > long the strong). It's not getting capital yet. It runs in shadow mode until forward data earns it.
Also shipped: maker-first execution (cut roundtrip costs ~50%), L2 depth collector, migration to Binance.
The boring lesson nobody wants: the edge isn't finding ideas. It's killing them cheaply before they cost you money.

More assets will come, but the real opportunity is the infrastructure supporting them. @paxeer_app is building for that future by making crypto payments more practical for everyday users. $SID

7/3/2026 Paxeer Community update
The last few days have been a serious build stretch on Matrix and Neo:
🧠 Continuous memory shipped — Neo now carries durable memory across sessions. It remembers context, learns your preferences, and picks up where you left off. Built and tested autonomously.
🤖 Cody — a brand new coding agent — Neo built an entire sibling agent dedicated to software engineering: plans, writes, tests, and iterates on code. Full engine complete.
⚡️ Major infrastructure upgrade — migrating user machines from 1 vCPU / 3GB to 24 vCPU / 48GB / 250GB each. Faster agents, more capacity, always-on persistence. This is the groundwork for proactive, autonomous agents.
🔧 Model upgrade — Matrix now runs on GLM-5.2, a top-tier open-weight model purpose-built for agentic coding.
The pace of autonomous building has been genuinely impressive — Neo is shipping real, tested engineering on its own, and the infrastructure is leveling up to match.
Big things landing. 🚀

The chart just crossed $1M. Don't let that be the only thing you notice, check out what @paxeer_app has been delivering while everyone else was watching the candles.

Definitely has to be $SID
You don't usually see low caps with an actual ecosystem behind them 😉
DEX, launchpad, AI products, rewards, funded trading experiments... there's a lot more going on than the market cap suggests

📰Bigger models aren't always the answer.📰
For deployed AI agents, architecture drives more capability than raw scale.
Typed intent, persistent memory, deterministic execution & verifiable provenance — turning model competence into real capability.
