Thoroughly deserved. Remarkable how well Harry Kane’s move to Bayern Munich has worked out, particularly given all the skepticism surrounding his decision to leave the Premier League.

A perfect night for football at the Rent. Absolutely great crowd for @UConnFootball Makes me wonder if Uconn is a sleeping giant?
Crazy! - in multiple ways.
Madison Square Garden employees received emails teasing their long-awaited Knicks championships rings, the @NYT reported today.
The emails turned out to be phishing tests, and the employees that clicked links to pick their ring had to attend a cybersecurity training.
Really hope this gets off the ground. Nepal desperately needs the return of top-flight football. Fingers crossed this is the start of something sustainable.
In an era when everyone seems to find an excuse to hate, it’s wonderful to see so much love for Nene Royal. I feel it’s her authenticity - honing her craft, playing small venues with her band, before the breakthrough on AGT. Well done A7X for bringing her on. Such a cool collab!
Singapore & @neneroyalmusic, thank you for an amazing night and finale to our Asia tour. 🇸🇬
Australia up next! Sydney on Friday.

Not really my lane, but it looks like the NPL is checking all the boxes as it gets its season underway. Will be keen to see what else they have in store from a sports commercial and marketing perspective.

The “Challenge Cup” concept - running two tiers of the tournament in parallel, seems to have worked well with the FIFA ASEAN Cup.
Could be an interesting model for the AFC and FIFA to further explore.

Still stunned by the scathing nature of the Premier League’s statement and the sheer scale of the charges against Manchester City. You have to presume the sanctions will be substantial if the appeals ultimately fail.
The Premier League has confirmed that Manchester City have been found guilty of all charges related to breaches of Premier League financial rules between 2009-10 and 2017-18.
An independent Commission found that during that time period, the club arranged "sham contracts" with a number of its commercial partners, as well as "relying on sham agreements to artificially inflate the club's revenues and reduce its costs".
The statement also said that City were guilty of the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate, but an exact figure was not given.
