As an experiment, in 2022 I abstained from coffee for the entire year, whilst allowing myself just one cup per quarter.
- I noticed zero tangible benefit
In 2023, I wanted to try the opposite direction and drank 5 cups of coffee a day.

But you may not believe in the validity of the assumption. If it comes from the right source, your mind will unconsciously accept it because it accepts that source as an authority.
AUTHORITY BYPASSES THE CONSCIOUS MIND.
For example, if you went to the doctor and he told you that you have two weeks to live, your body and nervous system would immediately be impacted by the shock.
But if your friend told you that you’re dying in the next two weeks, you wouldn’t be affected by it at all.
Donald Trump drinks a ton of Diet Coke.
WELL, COKE MAKES YOU RICHER.
Warren Buffett eats a ton of fast food and sugar.
Eating fast food is healthy for your pocket.
The reason for doing this is to AMPLIFY the impact of the food on your body by using your mind.
This does not mean you shouldn’t have a healthy diet.
But even with the perfect diet, you will have days when you eat something outside of that perfect baseline, and you will start attaching shame and guilt to it. It will make you sick.
But if you attribute something positive to it, it will have less impact on you because you will believe it’s benefiting you.

is just self-reporting that they’ve never been around wealthy people before.

- Company B contracts lease from company A.
- Tate bros then “rent” those cars (that they “don’t” own) from Company B.
In addition to protecting those assets from seizure - by creating a structure like this, it also prevents said assets from being included in personal net worth… which means bail gets set at a lower rate.

The arrest was allegedly greenlit by a low-level DOJ functionary without leadership approval.
If true, it’s unacceptable. We should never cheer rogue actors inside the DOJ doing the British government’s dirty work.
America First means protecting our own processes, not outsourcing justice to foreign governments.
Andrew and Tristan Tate are US citizens and deserve a fair trial.
I am not advocating whether they are guilty or not. I am not a judge. And I havent seen the evidence.
