🚨Liberty Martin, 42, of the Bronx, faces federal charges after allegedly assaulting an @HSINewYork special agent on Oct. 8 in Bronx, N.Y.
Martin allegedly grabbed and ripped the special agent’s clothing and then followed the agent, with others, to a government-issued vehicle.
The crowd of people surrounded the agent, shoved him into the vehicle, and slammed the door on him — causing a two-inch laceration to the special agent’s forehead.
If convicted, Martin faces up to eight years in federal prison.
