Lots of people swear by talking to AI. I still type, and copy & paste a lot.
How do you operate with AI, and why? Typing or voice?
How to become unbeatable:
- Experiment relentlessly
- Build in public
- Embrace failure
- Learn from feedback
- Follow the data
- Double down on what works
- Enjoy the process
It’s hard to beat someone who never stops learning and improving.

I can’t stop thinking about this piece of advice a friend once told me: “Don’t stay up late for something you wouldn’t wake up early for.”
The older I get, the more I realize most of my suffering was an interpretation, not a fact.
- A difficult conversation: a burden or a gift?
- A rainy Sunday: a lost day or a free one?
- The concert: do you enjoy it, or spend it complaining about the price, the crowd and the sound?
The event is one part of the story.
The meaning we give it is the crucial thing.
You don’t have to understand everything.
Most of your worries won’t happen.
You don’t have to be perfect.
Not everything needs to be figured out right now.
Relax.
It’s the weekend! 😌
You’re never too old to reinvent yourself.
Some of the most successful entrepreneurs start in their 40s.
Others start in their 50s, 60s, or even 70s.
Your experience is an asset. Your age is not a limitation.
Don't let your age limit your ambitions.
Resilience isn't a superpower.
It's what's left when the fantasy dies.
You will fail.
You will doubt yourself.
People will disappoint you.
Some days you'll want to quit.
That's the job.
Get back up, learn, and keep going.
You don’t have to be unstoppable. Just keep starting again.
One of the best life hacks I’ve learned comes from the book The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.
“Fear is excitement without the breath.”
The idea is simple:
You can turn fear into excitement by breathing fully instead of resisting the feeling.
Think about it. When we’re anxious, we tend to hold our breath without even noticing it.
Next time you feel anxious, try something different.
Breathe fully. Don’t fight the feeling.
See what happens. 👀
I highly recommend this book. Here is the link (no affiliate):

I really like this:
“There is only one success, to be able to spend your life in your own way.”
– Poet Christopher Morley
The best part of working for myself isn't the money.
It's that I stopped negotiating with the clock.
- I work according to my energy level. Not according to a 9-5 schedule.
- I take breaks when I need them.
- I work up to 12 hours when I want to.
- I pause for a whole day or more when I have to.
Same output. Way less resistance
The worst thing you can do with the one life you've been given:
Shape it around what other people might think.
Here's the thing:
Their opinions say far more about who they are than they ever will about you.
An interview with my former self:
Me before: I need the right tools first.
Me today: Tools don’t matter much. Just start.
Me before: I don’t feel like it. This isn’t the right moment.
Me today: The right moment is NOW.
Me before: I don’t have time.
Me today: Interesting. But you do have time for scrolling…
Me before: What will people think of me?
Me today: Don’t worry. People are too busy thinking about themselves.
Me before: I’ll start tomorrow.
Me today: Tomorrow is just another excuse. Start today.
Me before: It feels like too much.
Me today: Then start with the smallest possible step.
Me before: And what if it doesn’t work?
Me today: Then you’ll have learned something. That’s still progress.
Me before: I’m not sure.
Me today: You’ll never be 100% sure. Start anyway.
Me before: Isn’t there a faster way?
Me today: The best shortcut is doing the work.
Which one of these is your current excuse? 😄
Most conflict doesn't come from bad people.
It comes from one sentence read the wrong way or one word heard wrong.
In a mail. In a joke that misfired. In a face that didn't mean what you thought.
Assume the best in them.
It costs nothing.
And it protects your peace.
Do the people around you a favor: Be selfish first.
- Sleep enough to think straight.
- Do your important work before anyone needs you.
- Train for physical health.
Then you’ll be in a much better position to help those around you.
Self-care isn't the reward for helping others.
It's the prerequisite.

AI might force us to rethink what matters
We’re constantly exposed to temptations: distractions, shortcuts, consumerism, and instant gratification.
AI could amplify all of this to an unprecedented level.
And perhaps that’s exactly what we need to rethink our priorities.
The more we can automate and optimize, the more important one question becomes:
What is actually worth doing?
Maybe the answer lies in long-term thinking over short-term gratification.
