With the amount of perks that are in the game now, we should open the possibility of removing perk stacking or even giving diminishing returns for stacking multiple of those perks between survivors It'd be cool to see unique and fresh builds besides the same 10 perks

and what I mean by that is lets say there is 4 decisive strikes it could reduce the timer 5 seconds per survivor if all 4 bring it so at the highest tier it'd be 40 seconds without nerfing the perk itself. Obviously they need to add perks in pregame lobby for this to work though
