Indie games don't have a quality problem. They have a discovery problem.
So we built @QUDO_games. A place where indie games actually get found, and where the time you already spend playing gives something back.
This is the team, and what we've been building.

Toxic VS Devs #4 - Highlighting @QUDO_games
QUDO is building a Web3 gaming ecosystem around indie games, players and rewards.
We jumped into The Tribes, where you can create your own weapons and bring your creativity into the game.
Mode: FFA
Team Devs: @_DiogoAbreu, @PowaRanja
Score: 2 - 0 for me
The Tribes is actually so fun, and the amount of crazy weapons you can create is insane.
Had a lot of fun with this one.
Also, @QUDO_games gave me 20 custom weapons to give away to you guys.

Toxic VS Devs #3 - Highlighting @anamongame
Anamon is a Web3 monster-collecting game where you explore, battle, and trade unique creatures with true ownership and real rewards.
Open packs, use the cards ingame, or sell them for USDC.
They even have Pack Battles, put your pack on the line and battle your opponent to win theirs.
The devs took the series 2-1 Huge GGs, the matches were incredibly close.
I even pulled a card worth 900 USDC from a $50 pack during the testnet
Mainnet launches July 20.
We'll also be hosting an Anamon Game Night with @ElixirGuild on July 23, so make sure to join our Discord for the official announcement.
Comment, RT, or QRT if you want your project featured in the next Toxic VS Devs episode.

"A niche game is a good sign. It means an audience exists. The bad case is having no niche at all."

Snapshot done. Numbers locked. The only thing left is the one you keep asking about.
When this bar fills, you get a date.

Four indie games worth your time, all on @QUDO_games. 🎮
A deckbuilding RTS, a roguelite where you tear enemies apart, an arena shooter with player-made weapons, and a football game timed for the World Cup.

Pricing without an audience is the volume knob on an empty room.
The dev who launches with an engaged demo community can price properly. The one with just a Steam page and a wishlist count ends up pricing low to compensate.
Build the audience first. Price decisions get easier.

62% of non-free indie games on @Steam sell for under $10. The cheap tier isn't the safe one. It's the most crowded.
Steam's algorithm has no quality filter at $2.99. It groups by revenue behavior, which means your game gets bucketed with the bottom of the market.

Indie devs don’t need to become crypto devs.
They need to stay laser‑focused on building games that are actually worth playing.

A Steam capsule has under 2 seconds to earn a hover. Another 5 to earn the click.
Most are designed at full size and never tested at the size they actually appear in.
Quick test: shrink yours to thumbnail. Is the focal point still readable? Does the text survive? Does it look distinct from the rest of the genre?
If the answer's no, that's where players are dropping off.
