Only 30% moved to MiCA-compliant platforms.
What has MiCA actually achieved?
✅ Unified crypto rules across the entire EU
✅ Mandatory licensing for exchanges and CASPs
✅ Stronger consumer protections and transparency requirements
✅ Strict rules and reserves for stablecoins
Despite exchanges running big compliance campaigns and marketing their platforms as the "regulated and safe" choice…
…the majority of users chose "Not your keys, not your coins" instead.
Self-custodial wallets stay largely outside MiCA's scope, giving users direct control over their assets.

Very good point.
The big opportunity in #RWA lies in turning complex assets into much simpler experiences for users, without losing the connection with what happens behind them.
In Real Estate, that complexity is real. Legal structure, underwriting, cash flow management, repayments, reporting, liquidity and risk.
The key is to abstract friction, but not transparency. Users do not need to suffer all the operational complexity, but they do need to understand which asset supports the yield, how it is managed and what risks exist.

Real estate yield has always had too much friction for normal DeFi users: legal structures, underwriting, repayments, servicing
Putting that behind one self-custodial vault is what makes the RWA thesis easier to actually use
