I'M LATE TO THIS BECAUSE I'VE BEEN SOAKING IN THE W. But this, I believe, is my FIRST TIME WINNING Base Invaders, especially on the competitive scale! Shoutout to my team @h7une @L3D00 @ChaseTB20 & @HutnikOfficial. Our cohesision was PERFECT. Loved the vibes. WE WON!!!

HUGE CHANGE! Biggest complaint I see? “It’s worse.” But that’s incorrect. Why? Well, since the workbench no longer needs fragments, all you need to do is to find the item you want ONCE (grub one geared guy) and research it with scrap instead of tech tree w/ frags. The tech tree should always remain the last, desperate resort to get items. It never should have been the BEST WAY to research items. I’d rather see fragments required periodically throughout the tech tree instead of for EVERY SINGLE item, but I do genuinely think this will be a better system than what we have now. Now when I find a garage door in a crate, grub a tier 2 guy for his full kit, or even find random electrical items, it’s worth running home for this. Items are exciting again, because exploring and getting them back home means less fragment grind. Since the workbench has always been the crafting bottleneck, this update moves Rust back towards rewarding exploration and risk.

Got pounded by 15 Asian men at 3:30AM last night, solo. Homies lost the first one and came back with quad launcher, built a raid base bigger than mine, raided every single door, griefed every external TC then spammed staircases on my base 😭🤣 WIPE WAS A MOVIE!!! 🙌🙌

Give the new Wool a purpose and let us craft Wool Armor Insert/Comfort Insert. One would give 25% comfort, so four would give 100%. Would be an insane passive healing buff for solos. (he'd kill me if I didn't say that this was moderately inspired by an idea @StevieDoesYT had... 😂)

Craaazy idea but what if we made it so rugs give max comfort when placed on the FLOOR instead of on the cieling? 😀

I finished Solo’s Journey 4 down to the WIRE on Sept 4th. It rendered literally 15 minutes before I had to drive to the airport to enjoy a 2 week vacation in Italy. I’ll be back in the US soon, and streaming LIKE CRAZY for the rest of September. Lots on the horizon! 🙏🩵
